The only issue with my room (1) was the loo seat was loose. I mention it here not to complain but to highlight so it can be addressed. The continental breakfast left a little to be desired but I may have been late as the room was emptying. However the cooked breakfast was very good with the bacon being cooked to perfection. None of that awful, anaemic looking boiled stuff. Dinner was enjoyable with a great seat and good food. My only criticism would be the waitress didn’t present the wine. I was left to open and pour it myself. I know I am being punctilious but there are certain elements of service which can’t be done away with. She was young and perhaps on her first season. What she lacked in etiquette she made up for in promptness and attentiveness so I can’t hold it against her. The location and views afforded are all to be desired. I would recommend anyone to stay at The Atlantic."
