- "Absolutely loved staying here. A great welcome from the owner and a tour of the room and house. Great dinner option provided via a local takeaway and was given a plate and cutlery on arrival to use. Guest lounge is lovely and comfortable. My room was cozy, lovely tea and coffee making facilities. It is an old place so you will squeak on the floorboards now and again. Bathroom was spacious with some nice touches. Breakfast was plentiful, I could go through the rest of the day not having to eat anything else. Parking onsite involves some planning but the owners were really helpful in opening/closing the gate and directing me in and out. The venue is next to an A road but had no problems with the traffic going past as it was the weekend. I would stay here again "
