The breakfast was a lovely sociable affair, where we met 4 other guests and had a lovely conversation. - "This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. There is poor reception in the area and no WiFi - not fundamentally a problem, but it would have been helpful to know in advance so we could have found food and things to do before arriving. We also had a difficult time finding the place - again, contact in advance of our stay could have really helped with that. On a positive note, feeding the meerkats was an absolute highlight, and the fire cabin was an enjoyable place to sit in the evening. We appreciated the information booklet with some suggestions of places to explore in the area - and the area really is so beautiful and worth a visit. Overall, a beautiful setting and a property with potential to be a really special night away, but our visit left a lot to be desired and the price was very high for what was a cold and quite basic night away."

Little Holme is a spacious 2-bedroom cottage attached to our family home, a traditional timber-framed house built in the fifteenth century.

We are in Eardisley, a black-and-white village with a pub/ café/ second-hand bookshop/ post office, a village shop and a Norman church with a spectacular Romanesque font – all within walking distance.

Eardisley lies in rural North Herefordshire, 15 miles north-west of Hereford, making this an ideal base from which to explore the historic towns and beautiful countryside of the Welsh borders – including the Wye Valley, Hay on Wye (15 mins), Kington and Hergest Ridge (10 mins), the Brecon Beacons National Park (25 mins), Leominster (20 mins), Hereford (25 mins). The foodie town of Ludlow, with its fine castle, church and Georgian architecture, is only 45 minutes’ away. There are three Nature Reserves within walking distance of the village, a network of footpaths for hikers and dog walkers, and country lanes to explore by bike. A local bus service connects the village with Hereford and Almeley.

Little Holme is newly renovated and fully equipped for families and couples looking to explore the local area. The property is south-facing and has central heating with double-glazing. Downstairs comprises a spacious sitting-room/ diner with wood-burner, fully-fitted kitchen (also with seating), WC and hallway. Upstairs are two bedrooms (a spacious double with large walk-in wardrobe, and a comfortable twin room), a WC/ shower room and landing. The property stands on a quiet side road, with gated, off-street parking for two cars.

Other amenities provided in the property include: dishwasher, washing machine and clothes airer, oven/hob, microwave, travel cot, baby bath, stair gate and high chair, books to read, children’s toys, games, a chess set and a variety of DVDs, along with freesat TV/radio. Up to two dogs are welcome, but pets are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs, and should not be left alone in the house. Dogs need to be child-friendly or appropriate warnings need to be given. A large plastic dog bed is available on request.

Little Holme is attached to our family home, and you may encounter us or our children from time to time – for example in the garden, which serves the main house as well as the cottage. The lets are configured around a pretty courtyard. Because of the design, each home gets privacy. Little Howle Farm dates back to the early 1800's so all the buildings have thick stone walls, which in the winter hold the heat and in the summer keeps them lovely and cool inside. We are no longer a working farm, what were once working barns are now beautiful holiday lets.

Rivington Barn is a stunning luxury barn conversion. Rivington is our largest property. It is well equipped, in every sense. It is a perfect place to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring this amazing area.
Rivington has two large, equally spacious, double bedrooms, both with luxury ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom can be configured with a king size bed or two single beds. The bathrooms both include a large bath, a generous separate shower, shower gel and White Company bubble bath. We provide cotton bedding, luxury fluffy bath sheets, hand towels, flannels and bath mats. The living area is situated upstairs. To reach it, you walk up a central staircase, into an amazing galleried area which is completely open plan with high ceilings, beams and lots of natural light. To the right is a large lounge area, complete with a smart TV and gas log effect burner. The dining and kitchen areas are to the left, fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We provide tea towels, dish cloths/sponge, oven gloves and apron as well as cleaning products.
There are games, puzzles, local information, suggested walks and OS maps provided.
There is a patio area directly outside the cottage, which is a lovely sheltered place to sit, as it gets the sun all day. We also invite our guests to use the rear garden, which includes a barbeque and fire pit area, a large lawned area and a sun terrace at the top of the garden over looking the Malvern Hills. There is very little light pollution in Howle Hill so the terrace is perfect for star gazing.

Howle Hill is a tiny settlement, too small to be called a village! It is very quiet here.
Many guests describe it as a haven and often comment how well they sleep and how relaxed they feel. We are perfectly placed between the Wye Valley and The Forest of Dean. A 5 minute drive from Ross on Wye with its many pubs, restaurants, shops and watersports on the river Wye. A 10 minute drive in the other direction takes you into The Forest of Dean.

We provide a welcome pack which includes Milk, local fruit juice, Weston's cider, cake, tea, coffee and sugar.

Acorn Cottage can be linked internally with Rivington Barn which creates a 3 double ensuite bedroom property to sleep 6. We also have The Granary which sleeps 4, meaning we can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any one time.

The 17th century Yew Tree Barn is set in a courtyard with the owners farmhouse on a working dairy farm where we also make our delicious Kelsmor ice cream. Yew Tree Barn has its own patio with table and chairs, and a shared garden with a small lake.
The barn was converted to give a light modern space but still retains the character and beams. The slate floored entrance hall leads to three oak floored bedrooms and the main bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a 5ft king size bed, and a door to the patio. The third bedroom has a 4ft6inch double bed and a 3ft single bed and also has a door to the patio. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
From the hall stairs lead to the first floor and the large vaulted open plan kitchen, dining and living space, ideal for socialising. Off the kitchen is a utility room containing the washing machine & tumble drier.
Large windows allow light to pour into the barn making it a very airy space. Doors from the living area lead to a small balcony where you can sit with a coffee or a glass of wine watching the cows in the paddock, or the rabbits playing, and the sun setting over Garway Hill.
The underfloor heating throughout the barn is powered by a ground source heat pump which also heats the water.

The house is a licenced shared house and is tenanted for long durations by predominantly NHS contract staff - it's a very quiet residence.

A modern cosy house with 2 double sized bedrooms (newly built home), with 2.5 bathrooms. Home is 5 mins walk to the hereford horse race course, and about 10-15mins walk to nearby shops such as food warehouse, b&m, home bargains, dunelm, b&q, asda express ( it's 5mins drive otherwise).
It's 10mins drive to the hereford county hospital and 7mins drive to the train station.
It's a perfect stay for a holiday or for a comfortable short-stay for work.

Nice 1930s semi detached house located on the south side of Hereford towards Ross on Wye on the A49. Easy walking distance of approximately 20 mins into town. Ample parking for up-to 4 cars, feels like a home rather than a hotel room. Dining room is accessible. Separate shower room plus a bathroom. Room includes a USB port, tv, hot drink facilities. Breakfast will consist of various cereal’s, fruit juice, tea/coffee. I may not be around in the mornings so breakfast self service will be evident.
