The lets are configured around a pretty courtyard. Because of the design, each home gets privacy. Little Howle Farm dates back to the early 1800's so all the buildings have thick stone walls, which in the winter hold the heat and in the summer keeps them lovely and cool inside. We are no longer a working farm, what were once working barns are now beautiful holiday lets.

Acorn Cottage has one double bedroom with luxury ensuite bathroom the bed can be configured as a king size bed or two single beds. The bathroom includes a bath and generous, separate shower. We provide cotton bedding, luxury fluffy bath sheets, hand towels, flannels and bath mats, shower gel and White Company bubble bath. The living area is situated upstairs and is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We provide tea towels, dish cloths/sponge, oven gloves and apron as well as cleaning products. There is a back door which opens out on to the original barn steps leading to the car park and garden.
Games, puzzles, local information, suggested walks and OS maps are provided.
There is a patio area directly outside the cottage, which is a lovely sheltered place to sit, as it gets the sun all day. We also invite our guests to use the rear garden, which includes a barbeque and fire pit area, a large lawned area and a sun terrace at the top of the garden over looking the Malvern Hills. There is very little light pollution in Howle Hill so the terrace is perfect for star gazing.

The Granary is a traditional stone cottage. It is well equipped, in every sense. It is a perfect place to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring this amazing area.
The Granary has two large, double bedrooms, both with luxury ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom can be configured with a king size bed or two single beds. The bathrooms both include a large bath, a separate shower, shower gel and White Company bubble bath. We provide cotton bedding, luxury fluffy bath sheets, hand towels, flannels and bath mats. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, making it ideal for guests who may struggle with stairs. The other is up a short flight of stairs. The living area is on the ground floor. There are exposed wooden beams, a comfortable lounge area, with a smart TV and gas log effect burner and a back door leading to the enclosed private courtyard garden. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen area from the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. To the right of the kitchen area we have a table and chairs. We provide tea towels, dish cloths/sponge, oven gloves and apron as well as cleaning products.

In a peaceful location only 1½ miles from Kington, with lovely views over the Welsh border, these detached properties have an enclosed garden and access to 30 acres of land with ponds, where you can enjoy walking and picnics. There is excellent walking on lanes and footpaths with direct access to Offa’s Dyke at Hergest Ridge. Much of Herefordshire and the border areas are easily reached, whilst the coast at Aberystwyth is about 60 miles. Leominster is 15 miles, and Hay-on-Wye, also 15 miles, is convenient for the Hay Festival, whilst Ludlow, Bromyard and Hereford are about 20 miles. Other attractions well worth a visit include Hergest Croft Gardens, Westonbury Mill Water Gardens, Kinnersley Castle, Hereford Cathedral with its chained library and Mappa Mundi centre, and the Black and White Village Trail at Ledbury. The Hay Festival is held on 26th May - 5th June 2022. There is golf available nearby, and an owl and small breeds farm less than a mile away, as well as a red kite feeding station nearby. River fishing is also available at Letton Court. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1½ miles.

The Barn at Titley, graded 5 star by Visit England standards, is a stunning modern barn conversion with beautiful oak and slate floors and an abundance of ancient oak beams. Situated in a pretty village with a a nature reserve and glacial lakes, it provides a great base for Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow and Hereford . Stylishly furnished in boutique-hotel style with natural materials, it blends both the traditional and the contemporary and provides a relaxing base for those seeking a tranquil setting for their holiday. It is ideally based for Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow, Hereford, the lovely Wye Valley and the Brecon Beacons. Wifi and Welcome pack are provided.

The open-plan first floor living area has a dramatic vaulted ceiling with gallery overlooking it. The underfloor heating will keep you cosy in the cooler months. The dining area seats 6. The bespoke sycamore kitchen is well equipped with professional pans, food processor and Sophie Conran china. This is a sociable space so the cook won't miss out on any of the action! Looking out onto the courtyard you can see the house martins and other birds flit around the barns as you cook. The barn window provides a sunny spot for reading.

Both downstairs bedrooms have four-poster beds - traditional and contemporary. The main, cosy, king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over). The second double room has an en-suite wet room (power shower and sink). There is an adjacent cloakroom (loo and sink) in the hall so guests in both bedrooms have their own facilities. There is room in the double bedroom for a cot. (Please note the space around part of the king-size bed is a little tight so may not suit those with impaired mobility).

On the gallery, soaring into the eaves, is an additional single bed which gives flexibility with sleeping arrangements - teenagers love it (adults/older children only for safety reasons). The gallery is also equipped with a desk and sofa and provides a lovely quiet space to sit and enjoy the wonderful beams.

There are two seating areas - our private garden to the front of the house with a patio and lawned area. This overlooks hills and forests and catches the evening sun so is perfect for suppers al fresco with a view. There is seating for 4 and a BBQ. The rear courtyard ( partially shared) is a sun-trap in the morning and decorated with plants and shrubs. We have a table and chairs for 4. It is lovely for breakfasts outdoors and morning coffee. You can sit here on a warm day and listen to the gentle creaking of the barns.

There is a hidden gem of a nature reserve with glacial pools just down the lane where you can walk or picnic in the meadow or watch the rich bird-life from the hide overlooking the lake. There are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to eat in the area. The Stagg gastro-pub in the village is getting great reviews from our guests and beautifully decorated for Christmas.
The barn is our own holiday home and furnished and equipped to a high standard and we hope our guests will appreciate all the little touches we have made to ensure a very comfortable holiday.

Kayaking, stand-up paddle-boarding and wild swimming are all available in the surrounding area.
We have discount vouchers (£15 per day) available for the lovely Cloud 9 spa with pool in Kington. Our guests are also able to use the club house at Kington Golf Club -the highest golf course in England - with sensational views over many surrounding counties. This is walking country and trails abound with Offa's Dyke, the Mortimer trail which crosses through Titley and the Brecon Beacons.

Sheepcote Bothy is a newly converted summer house which has been designed and built to a high standard by my family and me over the past 12 months.
Situated in the beautiful Herefordshire Countryside with a view across the Black Mountains, Sheepcote Bothy is separate from the main house and consists of open plan living, private garden and patio area, ample parking along with the use of the family tennis court.

The space
The main living area consists of a seating area, table, TV and double doors that look out on to a small patio area which then leads on to a larger patio area with BBQ, all of which are perfect for looking at the lovely view and watching the sun set.
Behind the sitting area there is a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and breakfast bar with high stools.
At the back of the room there is a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.
Leading from the bedroom through a fire door there is a large bathroom with basin, toilet, bath and separate shower.
Although we built this with underfloor heating, there is also a small electric log fire perfect for those cosy dark evenings.

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 1 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

The space
Guests have a private entrance to the Cottage and there are security lights and a key safe should you need to arrive at night. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be properly joined to make a super king sized bed. This room will be configured for a double unless we are advised otherwise at time of booking. There's a large wet room downstairs adjacent to the fully fitted kitchen. There are two sofas in the open plan dining room/ lounge area and a laptop-friendly workspace. There is a large TV, dvd player (with an eclectic mix of dvds), an Amazon Firestick providing access to iPlayer, Amazon Prime, Youtube et al and "country-speed" internet. Breakfast items will be in the kitchen for your arrival. In an emergency or for extended stays we can make a washing machine and drier available. There is a garden which we are more than happy for Guests to utilise. I provide a complimentary starter pack of milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and a selection of breakfast items.

Lovingly restored semi-detached mediaeval stone cottage with own terrace just across the yard from our house. Perfect for short breaks or longer stays if you are home working. Our large garden is yours, so watch dragonflies on the pond from the summerhouse and sunsets over the black mountains from our field. The space
Our garden (rather wild now) was in its day, televised, open for charity, and remains a magical place for our grandchildren. Your place has its own small private outside area but I expect you will find better spaces to settle, in the field, summerhouse or my garden shed, a haven for calm thinking and creative work. Your place is bordered by a quiet lane deep in Herefordshire farming country, so occasional cars and tractors pass by. There are many things to do, and places to explore. Plenty of excellent local walks, nice pubs, wonderful old churches, all that is best in English rural life. The river at Ross is lovely, and cathedral cities of Hereford and Gloucester each 30 minutes away.

WiFi is excellent. Towels, sheets, crockery etc all supplied and I am happy to offer anything either of us has forgotten. On arrival we would ask you, please, to drive into our courtyard, past the pale green front door of our 3 storey house, and park by the far end of the cottage, where you will see shallow steps down to your front door.

Garden Cottage is a spacious and comfortable self contained dwelling located within walking distance of Hereford's historic City Centre and all amenities including the Courtyard Theatre. We are an ideal location for those visiting Herefordshire and the Welsh borders for business or leisure.

The space
Garden Cottage is a single floor detached property that stands within the grounds of a Grade II listed townhouse in the historic city of Hereford. The Cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard and has its own kitchen and dining area, sitting room, bedroom with wet room ensuite and a utility/ laundry facility. The property has its own courtyard garden and off road free parking is available. It is warm and cosy with a modern heating system. Guests have access to free WiFi.

Garden Cottage is a peaceful and secluded place to stay for leisure or business and as your hosts we do everything we can to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

If you’ve ever fancied trying the potter’s wheel, The Edgar Street Pottery is on site; classes can be arranged if it’s something you have time for.

Herefordshire is a great centre for all sorts of arts and crafts. For those of you with an interest in sewing, Doughty’s Fabric warehouse is pretty special and well worth a visit. There are also a number of artists’ studios and exhibitions to visit at the museum and art gallery, courtyard theatre and further afield and many other creative activities to participate in.

The Bannau Brycheiniog /Beacons National Park and many fine National Trust properties are a short drive from here and we would be happy to provide you details of this and assist guests with planning walking, riding, canoeing or other outdoor pursuits in season.
