This two-storey house is situated in a lovely tree-lined cul-de-sac, which has been totally renovated in recent years and has a very fresh, stylish but warm feeling.

Entry is by steps leading up to the front door. The hallway is small. The stairs to the bedrooms and shower room are directly ahead, and the lounge door is to the right.

Downstairs is the lounge/dining room. Behind the tall bookcase is a small cloakroom. The kitchen is entered through the French doors. The garden leads on from the kitchen French doors. The garden is bathed in sunshine much of the day (weather permitting of course) and an ideal place for walking around or sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee.

I own the house with my sister but she has recently moved out. This is her room and still has a lot of her things in it so there is currently no space in the wardrobe and the drawers, there is no TV but what it does have is a clean double bed for the night. Lovely bright and stylish double bedroom in a warm and contemporary home.

Car space in front driveway. If large car or van, it just requires a bit of manouvering to squeeze in, but it is easily done.

This two-storey house is situated in a lovely tree-lined cul-de-sac, which has been totally renovated in recent years and has a very fresh, stylish but warm feeling. Entry is by steps leading up to the front door. The hallway is small. The stairs to the bedrooms and shower room are directly ahead, and the lounge door is to the right.

Downstairs is the lounge/dining room. Behind the tall bookcase is a small cloakroom. The kitchen is entered through the French doors. The garden leads on from the kitchen French doors. The garden is bathed in sunshine much of the day (weather permitting of course) and an ideal place for walking around or sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for storing and preparing light meals and ensure all is left as found.

Take a stroll in the garden or chill on the swing with a nice drink (weather permitting.)

You are most welcome to use the lounge/dining area UNTIL 7.00 pm.

During your stay
I work from home so guests are free to interact with me as much or little as they like.

I am very approachable and happy to provide information on local transport, facilities, dining places and anything else that's needed to make your stay comfortable and easy.

Other things to note
Cleaning of rooms is provided before and after your stay. If your stay is long-term, then fresh towels and bed linen are provided on a weekly basis.
If you require cleaning services, please advise and it can be arranged at a reasonable cost.

The space
Sweet, lovely room at the front of the house , includes a comfy single bed at ground floor if needed an extra spare bed is available, built in wardrobes with lots of space, TV. The window faces the front so you have sunlight all afternoon.

There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, shower room on the ground floor and bathroom and shower on the second floor available to use and beautiful garden.

It's a new build in a lovely small town Raunds near spectacular Stanwick Lakes in a walking distance. Close to Rushden Lakes Shopping centre.Parking on a driveway, kitchen fully equipped, I can serve you delicious breakfast as well if you stay for less than a week/month.

The bathroom is downstairs and hot water is always available.

The courtyard garden has space for relaxing and sitting and eating.

Enjoy easy access to the centre of Northampton, a 5 minute walk away, the bus and train station are 10 & 15 minutes walk away respectively. There are also parks, gyms, cinemas, restaurants and bars close by to enjoy.

Small double room in homely house. (Note this is a "traditional" Airbnb set up - a spare room in a (my) residential home. It is not a specific rental property)

PLEASE NOTE: this property is currently up for sale, so anyone booking the room needs to consider that I may need to ask you to vacate the room for a couple of minutes if and when I am showing potential buyers around. I will always give at least 12 hours notice of this happening. But any current guests I host need to fully accept this minor inconvenience.

I am usually in my private lounge, but please feel free at any time to knock on the door, or use the AirBNB messaging system if you prefer, to make contact.
