After initial check in and tour, access during your stay to the house is via the back door which is accessed by the house driveway and garden.

Guests are required to wash, dry and put away any crockery/ cutlery they use.
Any work surface/ area used should be cleaned after use so that all guests can enjoy a clean and tidy living space

Built in 1880, this victoria house is close to the historic city centre of Colchester. A few minutes walk from the town station, local shops, amenities, restaurants, the Castle, First Site and Mercury Theatre.

The bus station and train station is just a few minutes walk away, with regular buses to the local university.

Great for walking, cycling; you can bring your horse. Lots of parking. Near to town, station. Co-op, chemist, pub, I mile away. no key pad; I live here.
