- "Feldon Valley is a beautiful place to stay if you’re wanting to explore some of The Cotswold villages. Or if you’re into golfing! The restaurant is a must at least one night of your stay. - "I stayed for three nights as part of a trip to the NEC for a weekend event. It was about 15-20 minutes driving, so well situated. The B&B was clean and kept very warm. The bed was comfortable with a good mattress. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The Wi-Fi connection was good - I needed to be able to connect to my work VPN for a few hours and had no issues. The owners were very lovely, and the English breakfast was delicious - they happily amended according to requests. I was originally only going to stay two nights, but they let me add another night with no issues when I had some other plans change. No particular downsides - it is right next to the train tracks and sometimes got a little noisy, but the trains themselves were few and far between."

- "The hosts, Andre and Ana, made our three nights' stay an absolute pleasure at their beautiful guest house. The property's grounds reach down to the banks of the River Avon, which provide not only a stunning view but also the chance to see swans, geese, moorhens etc close up. If the weather had been sunny, we would have enjoyed a picnic on the tables provided. At times, there is a water taxi that will pick up from the Water's Edge and transport you to Stratford town centre. However, we chose to take an easy walk which took about 25 minutes. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable with a river view. Ana kept our tea/coffee etc topped up each day and generously put a chocolate by our bedside too (a very nice touch ... thank you). The room had a small fridge/mini-bar. Toiletries were kindly provided and replenished. They offer an extensive, delicious, Continental selection as well as a good choice of cooked food from a breakfast menu. Ana and Andre were friendly, kind and keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. we are located to the south east of the city centre just 7 minutes from the station, this is an ideal base to access Motorways, rail network and planes from Birmingham or East Midlands airports..
The house is on three floors in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a small garden with fish pond and seating areas.
We have two friendly, mature cats. (Hence we cannot accept PETS).
Guests have use of lounge.

The space
The house was a family home, on three floors, it is now occupied by the live-in landlord , two cats and lodgers.
Airbnb guests generally have one room on 1st or 2nd floor.

Other things to note
The cats Billy ( sadly Silly has passed away) and Mica are generally friendly and love a fuss, and ask to be fed.. They also like sleeping most of the day in the lounge or in the garden when it is warm . They are curious and like to explore new guests and their luggage.

The are NOT encouraged in guest rooms so please do not invite them, and keep your room door closed. If you do let them in please ensure they are not shut in when you leave

It's not the largest space but makes for a comfortable stay in Warwick
