A beautiful natural life by the water with a lake view, the owners live right next door on a large farm so there is a lot of space to move around for socializing and playing. It is 80 meters down to the water and the bathing jetty where you stay together, there are plenty of fish for those who enjoy fishing. The cottage is 20 kilometers from central Jokkmokk and is a quiet area with fantastic surroundings. The cabin is 110 m2 and has two floors, there is a wood-burning stove and a wood-burning stove which is a lovely cozy factor on slightly cooler evenings, there is firewood to buy from the owners on site. Outside there is a seating area and barbecue for lovely summer evenings and relaxation. In the cabin there is a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, one of the beds is a double bed, bathroom with WC, sink and a simple shower. No Wifi, no fiber but good mobile coverage with 4G. Heating: wood stove, wood stove, electric heating and air heat pump. The plot is a total of 3 ha with a large garden and some forest. The surrounding forests are full of mushrooms and berries.
