Kobarid is a perfect location for exploring the area and activities, X-point in town were amazing for rafting, bikes and hiring wet suits etc (the river is cold be warned!). Lovely biking and hiking routes and we enjoyed the Karin cable car in Bovec and Tolmin Gorge. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We found everything we needed for a week's stay, and had more than enough room for two adults and three teens. The house could easily accommodate two families. We enjoyed exploring the area -- beautiful nature, and a rich history. Oh, and not to forget the impressive DVD and family games collection that comes with the house. Highly recommend!"

It has an open plan living & dining area on the ground floor, with kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The space
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a balcony with superb views and a King size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. To get to the main bedroom you must walk through the second bedroom.

There is a lovely wooden deck outside for relaxing and eating out.

Livek is a small village situated between Kobarid and Tolmin and is a great base to explore this area of Slovenia.

The house as only 1 phase electricity, this means you will need to manage consumption, if you have too many electrical items on at the same time the electricity will fail and you will need to press a reset button and then operate less electrical items.

The house is not equipped with a dishwasher or microwave.
