Holiday home Kuninez, 1793, stylishly renovated in a great location in the Soca valley. Beautiful river views, privacy, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large summer kitchen with fireplace/BBQ. All modern comforts. Kuninez has airconditioning, a heat pump with solar panels, underfloor heating and water from its own wells. 1 km from Most na Soci on the lake with bars, restaurants, shops, a medical center and a train and bus station.

We live in Kamno on 15 km's from Kozmerice, the little village were Kuninez is. We are always reachable by phone and quickly at Kuninez if needed.

Kuninez is the housename; older houses have their own name, mostly the name of the one who once builded it. Kuninez is positioned a few hundred meters out of Kozmerice, the little village just next to Most na Soci.
