- "We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. There is an onsite bar and restaurant managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of 'Jigga'.... yeah, like Jay-Z. He also manages the apartments so when we arrived at the property quite late on Day 1 he was kind enough to keep the restaurant open till later than usual and served us some amazing own-recipe burgers. I’d highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind not being in the city centre… we thought it was a bonus to not be in the centre of town, where parking can be an issue. The price for a 5 minute transger to the airport wa 20 euros, which is an extortionate amount. Maybe the hotel needs to have an arrangement with the taxi firm for a more reasonable price, after all, the hotel must be arranging this transfer for guests regularly."
