Cleanliness - The linen in the room was not clean and even after hk turndown service the bedsheets, duvet covers and towels were still provided dirty. 2. Swimming pool - Water was not clean and visible particles were floating on the surface hence didn't use it as it was not hygenic. 3. Recreational activities - the pool table was not maintained , stick was damaged and table surface mat was torn. However overall the experience was very good and recommended for a quick weekend getaway."

There are many resorts with good view, but this one is with good view and good landscaping which impressed us lot. Nice lawn, waterfall, other landscaping, bamboo trees..etc. Service is good and food was better than expected. Only two improvements I would suggest : there can be some varieties in fruits during breakfast instead of just water melon and some of the furniture in room/bathroom needs to be refurbished but this points are not the reason to avoid this resort. Staff is always helpful to prepare customized food. Overall very good and refreshing stay! "
