Please know that until this message is removed we cannot guarantee the condition the kayaks will be in, but will make every attempt to have them ready for you if you decide to use them.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). - "I stayed here with my cousin while we were in town for a Tough Mudder race. This place was perfect. It is clean, has locks, the grill worked great, electricity. - "This was a great place for me and my 14 year old boy to stay and play. We did the mountain biking trilogy (the 3 biking parks in the area). The restaurant (Shadow & Light) next door was a great experience and fun ethereal place as well. We fished but didn't catch (too windy). Though there is not a straight shot to the lake, there is a public entrance a couple of blocks away. Highly recommend staying for very reasonable price." - "Was upgraded to the cabin. The scenic and convenient lakefront location gives you easy access to swimming, fishing, and a boat ramp at Cedar Point Recreation Area (one mile). Go for a swim at Black Rock Park (12 miles), head underground at Longhorn Cavern State Park (27 miles), or take a ride on the Vanishing Texas River Cruise (35 miles). You'll also be close to Llano, Marble Falls, Burnet, and all sorts of Texas Hill Country activities, from birding and eclipse-viewing to mountain biking and hiking at Enchanted Rock (42 miles).
