The wifi speed was good and TV had good number of channels. Overall the experience was positive. I would give it 7 out fof 10. It's cheap, but quality exceeds the price. There was no deck in the back yard just 2 pieces of plywood layed over weeds/dirt. We only had access to 3 towels, face clothes and hand towels, 1 dish cloth and 1 tea towel. The dish cloth looked used.* Amenities: the coffee pot was only 4 cups, which doesn't make sense for a place that sleeps 8. There was only half rolls of toilet paper left with no access to more* Location: was great!* Suggestions: the carpet needs to be replaced and the furniture in the bedrooms need to be replaced."

The best thing about this home is its location. Being 5 minutes away from shopping, dining, and multiple coffee shops, it is certain to satisfy. Canadian Brew House is always a great place to go for drinks and food with its outstanding service. You will be sure to go back.

The room is cozy and has a 50" smart TV. Guest are able to long into their personal streaming accounts by scanning the provided barcode that each application provides upon login.

Located in Deer Valley, the home was built in 2005 and has 2 levels and, 1250sq ft. of space with an unfinished basement. It has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Guests have full access to the house while I reside in the basement with my treat loving dog. The home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, while currently 2 rooms are ready and waiting for you to enjoy.

Sleeping – Your room is on the top floor along with the main bathroom. In your room, there is a smart TV, a full-length mirror, and a comfortable bed from Hush.

Main Bathroom – There is soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as a hairdryer.
Linens are in the closet across from the main bathroom.

Parking – Is located in front of the house.

Living Room – Is spacious and has comfortable leather recliners, a workstation, and a 60-inch smart TV. You might even find some jars of sweets. Yours to enjoy.

Kitchen – Has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The table seats four. You will find a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, and rapid boil toaster. You will find all the spices above the stove and space for dry goods in the top corner cupboard. For any leftovers, there are storage containers in the cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink. Fresh products are not supplied. If you find some freshly baked sweets, please help yourself.

Guest access – Is through the front door. There is a closet for jackets and an area for footwear. Key codes will be provided prior to check-in.

Home Security – Aside from the keyless entry, there are cameras located on the outside of the home. There are two cameras on the front of the home and one on the garage.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.
