Our continental breakfast on the terrace was copious, with a large assortment of pastries, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, ham, cheese and home made jams and of course very good coffee. Our little dog was welcome. We got to experience Les Baux for the first time in dozens of visits over the years, as a charming village rather than a mob tourist scene by strolling through the village at 7 PM when many stores are closed, the crowds are gone and the parking is free. When in the area we never miss a visit to Mas St Berthe to by my most favorite rosé. Arles is not far, nor is St Remy which is fun on Wednesdays when it holds it's big marché."

Isabelle met us and explained what we needed to know. Very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is small but has the basics. We cooked several dinners there. The bedroom is up a flight of stairs as shown in the pictures and was not a problem for us. The bedroom is quite large. Overall very quiet as the windows are high end and efficient. Parked in front of the unit on the street, no problems. The climb up to the Village and Citadel from the unit would be challenging for some, I rested quite a bit. You can drive up to pay parking. Les Baux and the Lumiere are amazing and it is easy to see why it is such a major attraction. The location was ideal for us as we used it as a central location for exploring the region, Avignon, Arles, St Remy and numerous small villages where we were able to get supplies. And finally, it is in a historic location, the Pavilion of Reinne Jeanne! "
