- "This was a nice surprice! I booked a cheap hotel, but got more than expected! Not what I expected after reading some other reviews, but I learned that the management has changed and the obvious Covid problems were the largest cause of these reviews. After a very nice welcome I went directly to my room, which was clean, convenient and with a good filled welcome plate (tea, coffee, hot chocolate and off course the chocolats on one of the many pillows..) A clean and fine bathroom, good bed (not very hard, exactly my style), so oke for me. Next morning there was a good breakfast possible and I took the ‘full continental’. Top! Shortly spoke to the kind manager who is very busy making the hotel also a place for all kind of arrangements (they had already converted part of the hotel into a small conference room) and all kind of dining options/evenings for locals or groups of tourists, which would make the hotel even more a place to be and a basis to look in the very nice surroundings in this part of Wales. When I come back, I will surely use this hotel again. "

Gower View Penthouse is our family holiday home, enjoyed and loved by 3 generations. It is graded 5* by Visit Wales and we visit on a regular basis to ensure this standard is maintained.

It is a modern duplex apartment located on the beachfront in Llanelli in the Millennium Coastal Park where more than 1500 acres have been given a spectacular face-lift to provide 22 km of beautifully restored coastline with stunning views of the Gower Peninsula, traffic-free cycling and exhilarating walks.

This is a brilliant location for family holidays, cyclists, walkers, golfers, horse racing, bird watching and garden enthusiasts.

The penthouse sleeps 6 people and has a light, spacious open plan kitchen and living area with full-length glass balconies on both sides. The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a balcony and an en suite. Both have spectacular views of the sandy beach and the sea beyond, we feel completely relaxed from the moment we arrive.

The stunning sunsets viewed from the apartment are to die for! The penthouse is accessed from the third floor of the building, there is no lift from the ground floor to the front door of the penthouse.

It is a brilliant location for family holidays with a choice of child friendly beaches. Ffos Las racecourse is a 20 minute drive from the penthouse. There are several excellent restaurants nearby. The penthouse is easily accessed from the M4 motorway.

The house boasts an absolutely stunning location with views right across the sea to the beautiful Gower Peninsula from the bedroom and sitting room at the front of the house. Very roomy. Nice patio and garden at the back with BBQ. Very convenient location for Pembrey Country Park which is only a mile or so away. The beach, Pembrey Beach, stretches 7½ miles and is sandy and covered in interesting shells and driftwood. Also within a few miles is the WWT Llanelli Wetlands Centre which is 500 acres and has an abundance of wildlife and birds and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and well worth a visits. Not too far is the Gower Peninsula which has some fantastic beaches.

The bungalow is accessible with easy parking, on the main road ( there is plenty of parking spaces for everyone). Families are able to bring a dog( one, for a fee) and will enjoy the gardens front and back. The views from both front and back gardens are priceless. The beds are comfortable and those like cooking and baking are able to use the well equipped kitchen to try new recipes. The property is also not far from nearby golf courses. Ideal location for exploring and 10 minutes walk from the coastal path and the beach.
