The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a house divided into 3 apartments. The view is clear and the light spreads easily in the apartment. At the foot of the house, a large garden shaded by large umbrella pines, wisteria, dotted with rosemary and ivy, you can even park your vehicle there, a reserved place awaits you.

The stairs that lead to the apartment are marble, which gives an impression of freshness. On the 1st floor is an apartment and in the 2nd, 2 apartments share the landing.
