I was charmed to find myself in a room the size of an apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I was less than charmed to find out that the Italian passion for saving energy meant that the washing machine and stove are turned off unless one stays for a month. The inner courtyard was a pleasant retreat and the big bathroom with great shower had a good supply of towels. There are a couple of restaurants in easy walking distance and the historic centre easily walkable...we seniors managed fine! Spotlessly clean rooms and sheets and towels changed regularly. - "The staff spoke no English. Eating was not allowed in room. Those are two main things I dislike. There are several large super markets around and across the street. When we came back at around midnight and entered our room, we discovered that our bags were missing. We called the same lady, and she said that she had removed them, because they did not know who we were and if we had actually booked. We told her that we really needed our bags that contained all our personal stuff, medicin etc. She did not really care, and kept insisting that we would have to wait until the morning before being able to get our bags back. I realize that it might be a slip up on hotels.com's part (not sending the booking to the hotel), but in my opinion that does not justify entering the room of guests, removing their luggage and refusing to give it back until the day after. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone."

Breakfast was great as well." - "Ok" - "The location is somewhat out of the way which is inconvenient if you want to spend a lot of time in the center, but it is LITERALLY in front of the train station whih was good for me. The condition of the hotel was acceptable, and the cleaning was very good. Some cons: very few or none vegan options for the breakfast, and the coffee is made by request, so I managed to finish eating my breakfast before they even had time to take my coffee order. They really need to have more people working in the breakfast time. Another con is that they close the door during the night, so you have to come in through the back, and if you do not know where the back is, you need to call the keymaster. Also, they did not allow to me to sit and work in my laptop while having a coffee in the breakfast area, which felt unnecessary as the area was quite empty. "

It is possible to park inside the courtyard, right in front of the apartment door, but parking is not for the exclusive use of the apartment and is allowed for a limited period of time to load / unload luggage.
The condominium context is quite restricted and parking is tolerated if space is not monopolized: there is room for about four cars and users must take turns.

The neighborhood is extremely well-frequented and quiet, a 600 m walk through via Giovanni Chiassi leads to the pedestrian area of the historic center, at the same distance is the Te park with the museum museum of the same name.
