New Construction home located at Izaty's Resort. This home offers privacy as well as access to Izaty's Resort. The resort offers an 18 hole golf course, sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball courts, pontoon, paddle board, and kayak rentals, as well as a playground. Mille Lacs Lake offers some of the best bass fishing in the country. In the clubhouse you’ll find Club XIX Bar and Resturant, Golf Pro Shop, Coffee Shop, and convenience store. Please be aware the pool will not be open for the 2025 season

Access to Izaty's amenities is great." - "This house was perfect for our family vacation. We LOVED the screened in deck surrounded by trees. The house was so comfortable and cozy and had every amenity you could possibly need from the fully stocked kitchen, to extra warm blankets to dogs beds and toys. We enjoyed the pool at the resort and appreciated the option of using the golf cart if we wanted (we didn’t end up needing it). I woke up one night to the motion sensor light on the shed and when I looked outside I saw a deer and her baby strolling through. Highly recommend this property!"
