Recently, the house was beautifully updated with a stunning kitchen to include a wine cooler. Outfitted with new furniture. It’s just simply stated, a perfect place to relax with family and friends, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the patio or perhaps enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets. The backyard is more gorgeous than the photos can show, the dock with the built in chairs and umbrellas, the use of the kayaks, tubes, life jackets, and a gorgeous fire pit, you almost feel guilty staying inside but there is room for everyone to relax and the kids are over the moon with the bonus room. The beds are so comfortable and we loved all the extra pillows and blankets along with enough towels for a large group and beach towels. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a large group and is very well stocked. We knew from last year so we brought our own shampoo, body wash and extra paper towels and toilet paper. She starts you off with the basics but the store is only 5 minutes away. We just chose to bring extra along. Lawn games, board games, plenty of tvs and steaming , good wifi ( we had one working from a laptop and teens on devices and no issues ) . This is the perfect spot for families with kids of all ages. The water at the shoreline is shallow enough for even toddlers to swim. Highly recommend and we look forward to booking our next trip!"

Relax in the warmth and openness of the main living room with its vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace; surrounded by two bedrooms, open kitchen, wood floors, huge windows and skylights. This is your home away from home as you give your body a rest, go fishing, have a picnic, relax on the sandy beach or make s’mores at the fire pit. Bring your boat (or rent ours) and cruise the lake and explore the island in the center of the lake. In the winter, bring your snowmobile and explore the miles of nearby trails. The bonfire pit is just steps from the water.

DETAILS: The master suite is lofted and has skylights. The second bedroom has a lake/beach view. There is also a large couch perfect for afternoon naps.

The living room has skylights, large LED smart TV, DVD, and internet TV. The large windows and doors offer a great view of the lake.

Also, if you are looking for a non-toxic place, we have converted the house to a chemical-free, organic cottage. The beds, linens and pillows are either organic cotton or non-GMO cotton. Queen bed is a new organic Avocado mattress. All cleaning products are fragrance-free and we don't use harsh chemicals (Branch Basics is used for cleaning). Air filters are changed every two months. Trust us...you will notice a difference in how great you feel after a week here.

The sandy beach was perfect for our son to make sand castles on. Jackie was a great host that checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The only suggestion we would make is it would be nice to have a tv upstairs to watch movies on, but there was a great tv downstairs in the living room/bedroom area with lots of movies, cable, and Netflix. - "Invited our family to share Wild West Days with us. We all found this perfectly imperfect cabin to be on a sandy bottom lake, with easy fishing, and fabulous views. The comfort of grandpa’s cabin in every aspect. It was like grandpa was at home and lended you his cabin. It was stocked with the swim trunks you forgot to pack. The shallow lake gets warmer early, go swimming!! The dock is perfect for fishing. The canoe and 2 man paddle boat were perched waiting for us to slip them into the water. So, we did! Grandpa would have wanted us to anyways. Kind of want to keep this nugget a secret so we can bring the grandkids back every season."

- "Beautiful cabin with a great yard, gorgeous lake view, and large open spaces for family to be together. Tons of amenities and activities to use while there too! The host was great as well. " - "We had a family gathering and enjoyed our 4-day stay! The VRBO definition and pictures of this property are a good representation of how homey and comfortable the home is. There are different areas for reading, games, just hanging out or anything else you may want to do. There is not a place to swim, but we knew this ahead of time and brought a small pool for the kiddos. The adults took advantage of the paddle boards. The host was responsive and answered our questions. There were some very nice touches and surprises left by the host for us to enjoy. Almost anything you could need was there. I would definitely recommend this property. It worked out that it was close to the Twin Cities area where we were all from. Those that couldn't stay the entire time had just a short distance to travel."

Something for everyone! Kayaking, canoeing, grilling, and cooking s’mores on the fire pit were our favorite activities. The house is uniquely decorated and had plenty of space for the 9 of us. We were concerned about the 1 bathroom, but it really was not a problem. The kitchen was well-stocked and the boat house had life jackets and other toys. Swimming was not possible since the algae was dense, but there was plenty to do over the weekend. The local towns of Princeton and Cambridge have some cute shops downtown. We absolutely loved the restaurant in downtown Cambridge called Leader. Our entire crew of adults, teens, and toddlers had a memorable, relaxing stay."

Wildlife galore, trails, canoeing, fishing, sandy beach, an acre plus flat grass front yard, park like wooded back yard. About 1 hour from downtown Minneapolis and 10 minutes to Pinewood Wedding Venue. Includes garage parking.
Owners have a small unit in Garage building that is occupied by their son.

Boone Dock Lake House is located near Princeton, MN. We offer 90 ft of private sandy beach on Green Lake (a great fishing lake!), a dock, the main house, bunk house, a gazebo & patio, dock & boat lift. We would love to have you & your family enjoy this sunny lake space!

Boone Dock Lake House offers all the amenities of a comfortable home with the lake and beach as your view.
To be noted - The Bunk House is located as a separate space attached to the garage. It is aprox 20' from the front door to the bunk house door.

Most spaces are available to use. However, the living room closet, pantry and garage are unavailable for guest use.
