Fully self-contained this villa sleeps 6, with two bedrooms (Queens size beds) and a sleepout (3rd bedroom 2 Single beds) upstairs. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.The kitchen has a dishwasher. Also there is an ice making and filtered water fridge, and a bar fridge. There is a weber for you to have those great barbecues. The air con is a reverse cycle so you can have it on cool in the summer and warm in the winter throughout the whole villa.

A deck on each level will provide you with many hours of relaxation and the perfect spot to watch Queensland’s amazing sunsets over the mainland and when in season the Whales go by.

For your enjoyment there is a 75 inch TV and a PS4 with games and DVD's for you to choose from. Also a Bose sound bar for you to play your favourite songs from your phone or i pad.

You are welcome to have complimentary use of 3 stand Up paddle boards (SUP) , two single kayaks and a double kayak. The double kayak has 2 glass viewing cylinders in it which allows you to see the amazing marine life beneath you.

How to get there:

The all sand island is serviced by the Tangalooma ferries, departing Holt St. Pinkenba and for 4 wheel drive vehicles only the MiCat departing from Fisherman Island near Wynnum on the south side of the Brisbane River near the Port of Brisbane. If you come on the Micat turn right when you drive off the boat and that that will take you to the resort. Park on the car park and grab a trolley for your luggage. Villa 15 is approximately 200 meters away.

Tangalooma House is a beautiful Beach House located on Moreton Island. The house can sleep up to six people. There are three bedrooms in the house, the main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite; the second bedroom also has a king bed and the third bedroom has two king singles. All bedrooms and main living area are air conditioned.There are two bathrooms in the house and a total of three toilets. There is also an outside hot water shower. There are two living areas. The house is located on the hill above Tangalooma Resort. We are only a two minute walk to the beach or you can drive down a sandy road onto the beach. Guests have full use of all Resort Facilities including Tennis, Squash, Swimming Pools, and many more activities that Resort Guests can use (this does not include the Dolphin Feeding programme).

Tangalooma House has sweeping views across Moreton Bay to Bribie Island, Brisbane City and the Tangalooma Wrecks.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tangalooma House, 29 Nautilus Drive, Tangalooma Resort, Moreton Island - Terms and Conditions

GUEST NUMBERS & LINEN
The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance in writing and may incur an additional fee. Maximum amount of guests are six persons. Linen and towels can be arranged for a cost of $50 per person. However guests are welcome to bring their own linen and therefore not incur a cost.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out will be offered where circumstances allow. We will endeavour to accommodate early check in and late check out requests whenever possible.

PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of total rent is required to secure the booking. A security deposit guarantee of $2000 is required. Final payment for accommodation must be paid 28 days prior to your arrival or as pre arranged. This is not an automatic deduction, you will receive a message from this platform requiring final payment to be made. Failure to make this payment on time may void your booking and no refunds will be given.

CANCELLATION
If cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival date, 100% of your booking is refunded. After this point, no refund is given.

SMOKING
For the comfort of all our guests, our property is strictly non-smoking indoors property. Note: cigarette burns to the property HAVE and will equate to loss of your deposit so you will need to smoke outside.

ANIMALS and PETS
Pets are not allowed, no exceptions. Moreton Island is a National Park and
domestic animals are strictly prohibited within the resort.

NOISE
The property is part of Tangalooma Resort – Noise / Functions / Parties – causing ‘Excessive’ noise and/or anti social behavior is not permitted. So please be considerate to other holiday makers in nearby properties.

Tangalooma Island Resort security personal and / or Police can be called by any guest to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behavior. After one warning guests may be evicted from the resort by Tangalooma Resort security with loss of both rent and bond.

DAMAGE
Any breakages, damage or lost items must be paid for by occupants excluding reasonable accidental breakage of glassware or crockery. In the event of any breakage or any damage to the property please advise us prior to your departure so that every effort can be made to repair or replace items for the next guests. If the damage requires more serious repairs please advise owners immediately to facilitate those repairs. Remember repairs are generally serviced from the mainland which requires a lead in time and additional cost.

The cleaner is very familiar with the property and can identify damage and items missing.
If you identify damage upon arrival advise us at that time.

CLEANLINESS UPON DEPARTURE
We require you to leave the property in a reasonable level of cleanliness. This includes:-
- loading and unloading the dishwasher; removal of rubbish; BBQ cleaned. The cleaning contractors charge us for extra cleaning beyond a reasonable standard. Any cleaning charges or cleaning requirements in addition to a standard clean, will be passed on to you.
NOTE: Past examples have been: Dirty BBQ, Unwashed pots & crockery put away in cupboards, Soiled doona; Children drawing on furniture and walls; Food stains on walls and carpet (there is a vacuum cleaner left for your use if required). Loss of keys - incur us a $40 replacement fee.

PERSONAL SECURITY
No responsibility will be taken for the guest’s personal property, so please take
care. Should you leave anything at the property on departure please advise us as
soon as possible so we can make any necessary arrangements to retrieve it before the next guests arrive.

HIRING OF GOLF BUGGY THROUGH RESORT
Our private guests may be able to hire a Tangalooma Resort golf buggy for a cost to yourself, unfortunately these can't be pre-booked and Tangalooma Resort guests have priority over guests to private residences (which we are). Upon your arrival, if you wish to hire a Tangalooma Resort buggy you can go to Reception Tangalooma and make those inquiries, but please be aware that there may be no buggies available.

YOUR AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that by making a booking and/or making payment for a booking YOU are agreeing to the 'Terms and Conditions' as outlined above. And, any breach/s of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions as determined by and at the discretion of the owner may result in the:- Cancellation of the booking, Alteration of rent fee; Termination of the letting during the stay; Withholding of bond or part thereof.

TOP OF THE BAY is a fully equipped, fully functional holiday home with breathtaking views of Moreton Bay and The Wrecks and backing onto the National Park.

There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each of the 3 levels has its own deck or verandah.

The large kitchen has a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with ice maker, there is an outdoor kitchen with a 4 burner BBQ on the mid-floor deck, the kitchenette has a microwave and full size fridge/freezer on the ground floor.

It has a large flat yard that can accommodate extra vehicles or boat and a hot/cold outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is a table tennis table in the games room.

Tangalooma Resort facilities & activities are available to house guests, even Dolphin Feeding may be booked thru the Tours Desk if spots are available.

We do not employ Professional Cleaners as this would be a considerable added expense to you. The house is to be left as you have found it, in a clean and tidy condition otherwise part or the total of your bond could be forfeited. The BBQ is to be left clean and make sure no abrasive is used on any stainless steel.

Please do not drag furniture around on the decks.

All used linen is to be left in the Laundry.

All items are checked before you arrive and any missing items will be deducted from your Bond. Any damages will be deducted from Bond. Any major damage will be claimed on Insurance and the Bond kept for our excess payable on an Insurance claim and your details forwarded to the Insurance Company.

If you have guests that smoke, there is no smoking inside the house and all cigarette butts are to be disposed of in the bin.

Possibility of 2 extra mattresses for extra guests @ $50 per person per night, this would have to be pre-arranged but not always accepted.

You can walk to the Resort using the steps opposite the house (6 min walk at medium pace) or drive down in your 4WD or use the rental golf buggy available at the resort. Whichever way you go it only takes a few minutes to the beach.
Even though the room has a microwave, kettle and bar fridge, it is set up like a hotel room where you have most of your meals at the multiple resort restaurants and coffee shops.

You have free usage of all resort facilities like pools, tennis, squash and other activities . (Note- Dolphin feeding incurs a fee)

Villa 30 is a family owned villa, with 2.5 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. the divan couch and trundle underneath does accommodate the extra 2 guests , maximum of 8 guests. 1 bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. Kitchen has convection microwave, gas cook top, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
There are ceiling fans in this Villa, and a nice breeze in the afternoons.
The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.
This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with king size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
