The apartment had everything you could need as if being in your own home, including free access to washing machine and dryer within our own apartment, all the cooking utensils etc. the lagoon was big and most of the time not busy. There is a restaurant near the entrance of the resort and plenty of food options within walking distance. We found a couple of dead cockroaches within the apartment, but happy to know that the apartment had been pest controlled. We will definitely be back again with the whole family."

The Stables offers unique accommodation with a taste of the Australian Outback. This rustic mudbrick and timber cottage has a self contained studio upstairs (Queen bed plus a sofa bed) with all the mod cons and little touches of luxury, set within 2 acres of beautiful hinterland gardens.
Downstairs you will find a sensational games room with a classic David Brodie pool table and bar and wall mounted LED smart TV. The barn doors can be opened to invite the late afternoon sun and the sounds of the myriad bird varities.

The studio apartment upstairs has a 38" LED smart tv and sound bar. Furnished with an eclectic mix of new furniture and old artwork, it has a very country feel. Downstairs the mudbrick games room is home to a growing collection of country paintings, old farm implements, a David Brodie pool table and bar, leather chairs and cowskin hides. And a 42" LED smart tv and sound bar for entertainment whilst you play pool. If you prefer something quieter, light the fire pit by the dam and watch the evening fade away. Betty is a recently renovated bijou apartment 50 metres from the Noosa river in Tewantin with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and living and second toilet down stairs. Mid way between the Marina and the shops on Gympie Terrace you will be perfectly placed to enjoy all that the Noosa area has to offer. With its own private garden and expansive outdoor deck you can relax at home or pour a glass of wine and wander to the riverbank to watch the sunset. Everything has been carefully chosen to ensure a pleasant stay.

Pull out bins were very dirty. BBQ was very greasy and dirty, again not cleaned for ages. Upstairs toilet had skid marks in bowl and empty toilet rolls in drawer. Downstairs toilet / laundry looked like it hadn't been swept / cleaned for ages, dirt on floor, empty toilet rolls etc. Large spider web attached to TV unit / floor / staircase. I could go on but suffice to say an overall very poor standard of cleanliness. Took about an hour's worth of cleaning to get unit to what I would call acceptable. Messaged host who advised they would be in contact with the cleaners, who, if it was my place would have been sacked. Our stay was nice due to location & overall layout of unit, but was tainted by our initial entrance. When going away you expect to be in a home away from home, not to have to get the cleaning utensils out & start doing housework. I do not know what the cleaning fee was for when we booked as we did it all ourselves, maybe a refund would help. Unit was given a 10 on Stayz so must have been clean at some point. Will not be returning."
