We stayed there while visiting family in rocky hill, only about 20 minute drive which is perfect. It’s an older home, and that adds character to the place. We found the kitchen to be well appointed, even with olive oil and coffee filters. This is on a second floor, so be aware of that. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road. We had an issue with the shower head, and it was resolved within a couple hours, very responsive host. We much appreciated staying here and will consider again next time we come to town!"

If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. I do not suggest letting your dog loose. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Noise/neighbor complaint warning- Should you somehow get a noise/neighbor complaint... The FIRST noise complaint received after quiet hour is a $250 fine. Any additional noise complaints results in immediate termination of the remainder of your stay with no refund. So, stay inside if you’re going to make noise and keep the windows closed :)

Any cars parked in the grass will be $250 fine per car.

This property is not available for transient rental, and as such, the length of booking is required to be no less than week and in multiples of one week.

- "New condo in newly remodeled building. Great concept with a bar, lounge and 2 eateries downstairs. Owner was very responsive and nice when we corresponded with her. Condo is a loft with one room plus very large bathroom. Furnishings were very nice and modern. Neighborhood is undergoing renovations of older buildings and is still early in the process so not many dining establishments within walking distance but certainly within reasonable driving distance. Community laundry which is just across the hall. Keyless entry made getting in a breeze. Would recommend if looking for a place to stay in New Britain."
