This house stays true to its name. It is a cape style house that was recently fully renovated top to bottom with a cheerful "red front door" welcoming you! The lower level has the open concept kitchen with dinning that flows into the living room. On the lower lever are two bedrooms and the upper level has two bedrooms as well. The bedroom have black out curtains and have comfortable queen beds with lush beddings. There is a full bathroom on the lower level stocked with your bath towels and all the toiletries you need to have a great. All bedrooms have a window air conditioning unit for your comfort. The living room/dinning area also has a window air conditioning unit. The house is fully heated for the cold seasons! The kitchen is fully equipped to make a perfect meal. There are cookware, dinning and all necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen comes with a Keurig coffee machine, a toaster oven, Ninja blender and of course a microwave! The house comes fully stocked with all the amenities you and your guest will need.

There is a private driveway parking with capacity to park two cars conveniently!

Woolly Acres Farm is a small organic farm in Glastonbury, CT. We have a small flock of Navajo Churro sheep and a miniature donkey, which you are welcome to interact with. Please note that we no longer have alpacas on the farm.

Guests of the farm will stay in a completely private guest apartment with an open living and dining room, kitchen, and a large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom comfortably sleeps two and a full sized pull out couch in the living room can sleep up to two more.

The apartment has its own private entrance, but can also be accessed through a shared, enclosed porch, which separates the guest wing from the main farm house. The porch is where you will check in, and you are welcome to have use of this space throughout your stay.

Guests will have access to all outdoor areas, including the gardens, and stone patio overlooking the animal pasture. There is a large fire pit built into the patio and grills available for cooking dinners outside. Guests are free to feed the animals but we do ask that you not enter the animal enclosures unless accompanied by one of the owners.

They was very noisy but the sound all quieted by 11pm and I was able to sleep with no problems. "

You have multiple options: there's a shared interior stairwell, or Feel free to showcase your athletic abilities by ascending the outside rear stairs, or just take the elevator (oh wait, we don't have one of those). Once you're in, the place is all yours to enjoy! However, the locked closet is off-limits, but that's where the cleaning staff hides their secret snacks (shh, don't tell anyone). The other two apartments are also a no-go because let's face it, the neighbors don't want to deal with your shenanigans. And as much as we'd love to show you our spooky basement, it's not accessible.

This is a 3 family house, you’ll be in the second unit located on the 2nd floor.
