The outdoor pool was not heated and was too cold to use but the jacuzzi was large enough for the kids to splash about in very day which they loved. The WIFI was excellent, 1 login for each guest which meant everyone could use their device at the same time. We stayed in a 2 bed self catering apartment right on the beach. Very modern and comfortable. The hotel is a 5 min drive from Noja which was very quiet too. Supermarkets, bars and cafes were open, most of the restaurants were closed during the week and opened Friday. We also used the Kids Park and football pitches of the local camping site close to the hotel which is affiliated. The beach is fantastic, very clean and wide. We flew into Bilbao and explored between Bilbao and Santander. Amazing scenery and plenty to do. A Brilliant trip, lovely hotel which is an excellent base to explore. We would go again at this time, very quiet which suited us perfectly :)"

Whilst the staff did their best to fix the issues in our room it did not make up for them serving us raw chicken. There was no formal recognition of the severity of the incident. I had to say I would not pay for the food, rather than them being more forthcoming with an apology or compensation. It did cause us grave concern and we were worried about contracting salmonella. They did deduct the cost of the parking at 50 Euros that we were unaware of anyway as compensation for our room. Overall the hotel was disappointing but the location is great, close to the beach and there is a nice pool. "

- "We didn't had big expectations and were really surprised positively! The apartment was so much bigger as expected and perfect for us (4 adults and 1 child). The kitchen is small but sufficient and the terrasse was really great- we enjoyed having meals outside! The apartment is very close to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. I would have appreciated some more information from the hotellier here on expedia regarding c/i time, equipment (kitchen staff, bed linen and crib)- maybe they could complete and update the details. C/o time was p.e. at noon and not how expected and seen before at 10 am. Same for check/in. Check in btw is very easy . You get an email with your booking number and just type it in at the terminal to get your keys. Overall a great stay, we will definitely come back!"
