There was no lobby, we had to talk to the manager outside through a small window.We did not remain on the premise for more than 15 minutes and left to find acceptable accommodations.The outside of the motel was not like the pictures on Expedia, which appeared to be clean. Several of the clientele appeared to be prostitutes and the area made me fearful since we are an older couple. Please remove this motel as an option on your website as I would not wish the experience we had on anyone."

- "Basic and confortable house" - "AC kept blowing out power. Bathroom doorknob kept falling off & Granddaughter got locked in bathroom. Owner was rude about power shutting off. " Just go out back and flip the breaker". This kept happening and I am handicapped and there are stairs with no railing out back! The sink was leaking. No laundry supplies. The toilet paper rack is a nightmare that kept falling off.No response from owner when messaged after stay. It was doable but this was supposed to be a vacation and it sure wasn't restful."

Our 3BR home is completely remodeled in 2022. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances, luxurious modern Ashley leather sofa set, AC, laundry room, 55" Samsung smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, bamboo pillows, etc. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Please note, you will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate unit which is a completely detached guest house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance and parking. We also kept our cleaning supplies in the laundry room, so our housekeeper might occasionally come in to get their supplies. We will ask everyone to respect the privacy of each others and our neighbors, no outdoor activities during the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. For insurance purpose, please put down the exact amount of people who will be staying after midnight. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space. You might occasionally see our landscaper come in and work on the yard on the weekly basis.

This is a cute 450sf newly constructed standalone guest house situated in private gated yard. Gated parking available through the alley access. - "It was ok when front house turned porch light on bedroom was daylight" - "They advertise a hot tub which is false, which sucks i was really excited for that. The place was dirty when i arrived so i couldnt stop sneezing the whole 5 days. There was hair from previous guest everywhere (shower,floors,walls,counters,bed). When i opened the fridge a NASTY rotten dead smell lingered for hours i had to open the door and windows, also past guest left chapstick in the ice bin. There is lots of spider webs around and on the front door and in corner of walls inside the place. I paid a cleaning fee and service fee and i had to clean when i arrived. There is very little kitchen appliances and a wrong size rolling table for the microwave so it didnt cook things properly. I will say the place is very cute , i do like the gated parking and it has enough parking space for guest's. I also liked that they had a washer and dryer and responded quickly when i asked for the wifi. "

- "all the compliments of home at work" - "It's a brand new listing and the home is staged like a show home. The owner is very responsive and learning the process of renting on VRBO. The home is located at a very easy access to the highway, less than a mile from Walmart and only a few miles from downtown Lancaster. We were visiting our daughter and her husband for Thanksgiving. We were able to host 8 people, used it''s double oven and new appliances with ease. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog as well. The beds were comfortable, the rooms are all generous in size and two of the bedrooms have TV's. All in all, it is one of the nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed in. Hope to stay again when we visit them in the future."
