I had hoped for more relaxing. but it has a nicely decorated lobby and the staff was nice. breakfast was not great-but the lady working there was working very hard. underdone sausage and potatoes and semi stale croissant." - "I was very pleased with this hotel. The only thing is that the front desk person had to use the master key to let us in the pool area. Our room key did not operate this door. When my grandson had to leave the pool area to go to the restroom down the hall I had to wait at the door to let him back in or the front desk person had to let him in again. Breakfast was excellent. There were hot items (bacon, Fench toast, biscuits and gravy, waffles) plus other regular breakfast items. There are only a couple pricy restaurants near by. Any other places require driving. I was very pleased with and highly recommend this Country Inn and Suites."

No response to that message. I contacted the host in the morning if they had an eta for the hvac guy, again no response. So I finally got VRBO involved, when they contacted him he finally responded at 1pm saying he JUST called the hvac people 10min previously and that they would be there in an hour, Finally at 5pm the hvac guy showed up, was there for less than 15 min, turned the system completely off and said it would be fixed after our leave. I contacted the host and ask for a refund for the 3 out of 5 nights we had no air. No response, VRBO contacted him, no response.I understand that things break, but the lack of help and to stop communicating was very disappointing and frustrating."

1. Residents shall not make, nor permit, any public or private nuisances or any disturbing noises, conduct, music, television or partying in their units or elsewhere on the property so as to disturb any other residents.

2. Front and back doors should not be propped open and should be locked at all times.

3. Common areas shall be kept free and clear of all personal items. No shoes, boots, strollers, bicycles or other personal items may be stored or left in the hall outside of your unit or anywhere in the common areas.

4. Smoking is not allowed in any common areas of the building.

5. The only items allowed on the balconies are: small tables, chairs, grills, flower boxes, flower pots, American flags on holidays and Christmas decorations. No laundry of any kind.

6. All units have working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors within 15 feet of any sleeping room.

7. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by them or their guests to the common elements.

8. Renters must sign the rules of the association document upon arrival. This document references all short term renter responsibilities.

9. In consideration of adjoining units, laundry room hours shall be limited to 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Also, lint filters must be cleaned after each use as build-up of lint can result in fire.

1. No parking of boats, campers, trailers, abandoned vehicles or commercial trucks (pick-ups only) in the parking lot.

2. Each unit is assigned one parking spaces. Guest must park on the street.

1. All food and related garbage, including paper, cans and glass containers shall be secured in tied plastic bags. Boxes should be broken down before placing in the dumpster. Large waste items such as old carpeting, appliances, furniture, etc. must be placed IN the dumpster. If an item must be placed outside of dumpster, notify management to arrange for an additional pickup. Unit owner must reimburse for that pickup. The lid to the dumpster shall be kept closed at all times.

Michael was a great host and would occasionally message me making sure everything was going well with the stay and if I had any questions. The beds are very comfortable memory foam, offering support and give where needed, and are topped with lots of pillows and blankets.

There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning units in each bedroom and in the common area. The king bedroom has black-out curtains, and the queen bedroom has room darkening curtains. The dining room has vertical blinds that also block a lot of light, along with room darkening curtains in the living room for privacy and tv viewing comfort.

There are two desks in the unit. The living room desk has menus for local eateries and travel brochures if you are looking to do something touristy.
