- "My husband and I stayed at the condo for three nights while on a hiking trip in the SW. The condo is spacious and well-appointed---and perfectly quiet. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the two bathrooms are spacious. The location is in a neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks, if you want to go for a long walk. Safeway and Fryes grocery stores are within a few miles. We hiked at Catalina State Park which is within 5-miles of the condo. Saguaro West and the Arizona Desert Museum are a short drive from the condo. We spent a day at the museum and the next day hiking at Saguaro West NP. Stephen was super-fast answering my emails and texts. I highly recommend this condo."

There are two 21 speed bikes available with foot pump and helmets. They are 18” bikes.
The Loop is a famous 130 mile urban bike path and the beginning is very close to our property.

Casa Feliz offers a music room with a Yamaha 88 key professional electric piano with built-in speakers and headphones, plus numerous instruction books and songbooks; also percussion instruments, acoustic and electric guitars and amp. We can provide almost any instrument for your use during your stay free of charge, just ask!
Enjoy our sun filled spacious kitchen with expansive views of your desert landscape. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped for the most discriminating chef, everything from measuring spoons/cups to a Cuisinart Food Processor, Crockpot, Vitamix Professional blender, toaster oven, five choices for making coffee,, Fiesta Ware, a complete bar and much more.

- "Great quiet place." - "We love staying in this home. This is our third stay here and each time Richard has been welcoming and helpful. The property is lovely - one acres desert garden, next to someone who boards horses (a plus for us). It also is only a mile from an area with stores, restaurants and almost any service. Close to Catalina State Park. The house itself is beautifully furnished, with a kitchen with lots of equipment, spices and basics, a bar cabinet, a music room, a library with a TV, books, and games, and lovely dining area. - "We can't say enough about what a wonderful experience this was. Everything from the communications to the great greeting Margaret and Ted provide is done to perfection. We were in the middle of a stressful move and walking into the condo provided us with a great "retreat". There is nothing lacking in amenities in this property." - "We have stayed in multiple VRBO’s in the past and quite frankly have enjoyed our stays at all of them. Generally they were very good to excellent. However, none approached the quality and personal service that Marg and Ted provided us from booking inquiries, our need to change dates due medical issues, or a hands on minor repair by Ted. Both of them take personal service to a new level. The casita is extremely comfortable with high end finishes and decorated with thought. Marg stocked the cupboards with any item you might need for cooking a meal. We chose to make French Toast one morning. I forgot about vanilla…but with a little searching…there it was! Upon entering we were gifted with treats to start our stay. The homemade bread was sooo good! We had a relaxing three weeks, enjoying many mornings, afternoons and evenings on the balcony listening to the numerous birds and watching the sunset. The casita is an easy 30 minutes to activities in Tucson and within 15 or so minutes to great hiking areas. All in all, this was a lovely vacation! 5 thumbs way way up! 👍👍👍👍👍"

- "Location is great with the nature preserve so close" - "This delightful ground floor condo has direct access to a new nature preserve for hiking, cycling and wildlife encounters. The condo is nicely appointed with comfy beds and well-supplied kitchen. Heated pool, hot tub and clubhouse are a short walk away." - "This is the second year that we have stayed at Vistoso Valley, AZ and we enjoyed it just as much as last year, if not more!! The condo itself and the surounding area are picture pefect and we did take many pictures. We, my daugher Lisa, her husband Chuck stayed three weeks this year instead of two and wished we could have stayed longer, The only major problem we has was that just as last year, we were give the incorrect acess code the unlock the door. After a "lenghty" telephone conversation and having to look up confirmation information, not conveniently located (in suitcase) and another wrong access code, we were finally able to open the door. After a long flight toTucson, AZ from Rochester, NY and not much sleep the night before we were tired and didn't need this agrivation. - "Sunny second floor with balcony to watch birds. Kitchen is great for meals and baking. The second bedroom is best for a couple or 2 children or one adult. We brought bikes and it was easy to ride right out our door to the extensive Oro Valley bike trails and Catalina State Park. We swam/ hot tub or Bbq at the pretty activity center most days. When our pass card did not work the owner interrupted her holiday baking to immediately bring over one that worked. We were so grateful. I will ask to stay again."

- "Great location, owner and home," - "We loved the 3-bdrm house. It was a great place for our 6 person family to stay while we were in Tucson for a long weekend attending UoA college graduation. The owners were very accommodating for us. The place was very immaculate. We especially loved the backyard patio. It was fun to hang out, and look over the golf course. We shopped for groceries at Trader Joes which was 2 miles on Oracle Rd. We were able to prepare delicious meals in the convenience of the VRBO home. Almost any cooking utensil was available. - "The home was decorated excessively. Very pretty, but, maybe a little too much. No trash can in kitchen. A small trash can was provided with only grocery store plastic bags. A small coffee pot not enough for 2 people. Should have the option of a full coffee machine. The bed pillows in the guest bdrm were very flat and there were only two. The location was very nice with easy access, however, was not provided access instructions until I asked the day of arrival . There were plenty of dishes and cookware. With exception of things I mentioned overall it was nice. Thankyou."

- "We were in a studio unit, which was perfect for us. Hot tub, hiking trails were close by. A week before our stay we were informed the original condo unit we reserved was not available, and a studio was offered in its place. This worked fine for our needs. The unit was clean and well furnished. However, we did need to wash all glassware and casseroles before using, as they were dirty."
