This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Sola Saddlebrooke home was built in 2011. We recently updated the kitchen with new counters, fridge, microwave and induction stove. Just painted entire outside of the house and replaced grill.There are mountain views from all sides. There is absolutely nothing that you will need to bring with you...we have provided everything. The home is located directly behind the tennis courts by the Desert View Theater/ Fitness Center, but we have a lot of mature bushes, cactus and trees on the totally enclosed yard. You can walk through the back gate and arrive at the pool and hot tub without having to get in the car or golf cart.

Although this is a 55 and over retirement community, if at least one of you is 40, you are allowed to rent out this property. The property has two bedrooms so it can fit 4 but be aware that the community only allows 2 swipe cards (without extra charges) per household. This allows you to use the pools and fitness centers.

When you rent this home, you have access to all of the amenities including the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, swimming pools, and golf courses (with normal green fees). If you arrive on a weekend, you will not be able to get your $ 5.00 swipe card (which allows you into the pools, hot tubes and fitness centers ) until Monday at 8:30. The Mountain view clubhouse is open Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 (also closed holidays).

Our SaddleBrooke home is the Estancia model, 2420 sq ft plus an Arizona Room. Our HOA requires a 14 night minimum stay. The Kitchen has granite counters, an island, large refrigerator with ice in the door, desk area, bump out garden window behind the sink, dining nook. Kitchen is fully stocked, includes plates/silverware/ glasses for 12. The Family Room is open to the kitchen, has a 55" UHD Smart TV, a Roku box with YouTube TV and unlimited DVR. There is also a DVD player. There is a Marantz receiver for your music, comfortable reclining couch and love seat, two other over sized chairs with footrests and access to the AZ Room. The Dining Room has a long, wide table with 6 vibrant chairs. The Living Room has two leather couches and two other chairs, opens to the Dining Room and the AZ Room. The Master bedroom has its own hallway to give a buffer zone from your guest area. MBR includes large walk in closet with shelves and cabinet, Master bath has double sinks, two medicine cabinets, jetted soaking tub and a separate room with a step down shower and toilet. This bedroom has a king size sleigh bed with a Beautyrest pillowtop mattress, two night stands, triple dresser, storage cabinet for bedding, and two swivel rockers to watch the a wall mounted 55” UHD Roku TV, setup with the 20+ streaming channels, and YouTube TV with unlimited DVR. SaddleBrooke is an ungated Robson Adult Retirement Community, at least one of the residents must be 55 years old, and children under 21 are limited to visits only. We are in HOA #2, but you will have access to all of the pools , clubhouses, tennis and pickle ball courts, and can golf at the two semi private golf courses. Description of the property:
The cottage is far from the road among the oak trees and native desert vegetation. This private place is ideal for those who want a natural environment to relax and revive in. It is excellent as a retreat or place to work.

The house works well as a remote working space. It is laptop-friendly with two large tables, comfortable office chairs, and easily accessible outlets. The excellent, reliable wifi - 20 meg, is the highest speed available in the area. Streaming movies is not a problem. Many guests have used La Casita as a remote workplace in the last few years and we have rave reviews. The house has a very quiet undisturbed atmosphere that is good for focused work.

La Casita has the charm of a real home, it is vintage with an eclectic artistic flavor. The cottage is all about comfort with good seating in the sunny living room with its beautiful views of the National Forest. A compact kitchen is complete with all you need for creating simple tasty meals. For the rest, the house is LOW tech, there is a radio that receives local stations, but no TV.

There are sleeping arrangements for 2 persons. The double bed in the bedroom has a view of the sunrise shining on the mountain and the couch in the living room makes up into a comfortable full-sized bed for one person.

A special feature of the property is the beautiful large 'Butterfly Garden' with shade trees and arid plants that attract butterflies and hummingbirds. Here you will want to relax in the swing or sit at the table under the trees. There are several sitting areas around the cottage with different views that offer shade or sun depending on the time of day or season. In the evening the garden is lit and becomes a magical inviting place to enjoy. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen from the house and the night skies are perfect for stargazing. Oracle is in a 'Dark Skies Zone' and from its hillside, the house overlooks the dark expansive National Forest.

The most important aspect of La Casita is the experience of quiet serenity and connection to nature. The ever-changing views of the foothills as the sun moves across them, the birds that fly in and out of the garden calling to each other, and the delicate occasional sound of the wind chimes connect one with nature. The peaceful privacy creates a unique energy that makes La Casita so special.

Birders will be happy with the many species around the bird feeder (bird food is supplied). Wildlife such as coyotes, javelinas, deer, rabbits, and bobcats come close to the house often to drink from the water station.

Oracle is a haven for hikers, there are many trails in the area that offer amazing adventures and scenery. The Oracle Ridge trailhead that goes to the top of Mt. Lemmon is five minutes walk from the house and definitely advised. Also, the Oracle State Park, 5 minutes by car, has wonderful trails that look out over the San Pedro Valley and Galiuro Mountains. Catalina State Park with spectacular lower desert scenery and trails is 20 minutes away, and much more is available in the area.

In addition to the house, guests are encouraged to explore the large private yard and enjoy the gardens and wooded areas that surround the house with the many different sitting areas. You will feel complete privacy and peace in all the areas.

Wonderful 55+ Community surrounded by mountains NE of Tucson. Our HOA requires a 14 night minimum stay. Get ready to enjoy the SaddleBrooke life with your East ( Mountain) facing back yard. And as a bonus, the West facing front patio has views of the Tortillas in the distance. The home is set up inside with an East facing Master that has a King size bed with a Beautyrest mattress/boxspring, two nightstands, 42" TV, dresser, sliding door access to outside, en suite with walk in shower, walk in closet with some built in drawers/shelves. The kitchen with granite counter tops has all you will need to cook, bake and entertain. The window looks out at the open patio and the mountains. The rear covered patio has a gas Weber grill. The Great Room has a 65" TV with ROKU and You-Tube TV. Has seating for 8-10 with a couch, love seat, two chairs, recliner and three ottomans. The second bedroom has a king size bed, two nightstands, desk area and wardrobe.

Walking in the front door of this home definietly has the "WOW" factor. Very open and full of natural light with high ceilings, large windows and ceiling fans throughout the house. We are located on a quiet street with amazing desert vistas from the backyard patio where you are likely to see deer, javelina, coyotes and dozens of bird species including birds of prey and great-horned owls.

In your vacation home you will find a fully-stocked island kitchen with table-setting service for 6 (or more if needed), wine glasses of many shapes and sizes, all the cookware and utensils needed for gourmet cooking, a Keurig coffe maker, a walk-in pantry stocked with miscellaneous small cooking appliances, serving platters and bowls and essentials such as oils, flours, sugars, etc and lastly a spice cabinet chuck full of most all the spices you will need.

The kitchen adjoins a light and bright dining area with large dining room table (seats 6 comfortably) and is surround by picture windows looking out onto the nicely landscaped back yard. Picture your breakfasts there enjoying the view of the desert and the many birds (including dozens of quail and the occasional spectacular cardinal) that frequent our birdfeeders.

The sliding glass doors from the dining room open onto a double-size patio with a fire-pit table, Weber BBQ, patio table with red umbrella that has a spectacular view of the Catalina Mountains, two overhead fans that provide a breeze on even the warmest of days and sun shades if needed. The patio is westward facing, has no neighbors behind as it is bordered by a large desertscape. The patio is covered and deep so even the afternoon sun cannot reach you as you enjoy this outdoor space and anticipate the gorgous desert sunsets.

The en-suite master bedroom is spacious with a luxurious king-size bed and sliding glass doors that open to the patio on one side of the room and opposite is the private full bathroom with a large walk-in shower, water closet, mirrored medicine cabinets, double sink vanity with large mirror and linen closet.

The guest bedroom and bathroom are located on the opposite side of the home from the master bedroom which gives both a sense of privacy. The guest bedroom has the best view of the mountains through a shuttered window, is furnished with a king-size bed, side tables, a dresser, 44" TV and spacious closet. Directly adjacent to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with shuttered window, tub/shower combination, vanity, and (of course) toilet.

The large living room is open to the kitchen and dining room and has a magnificent picture window that brightens the entire space. It is furnished with an off-white couch, loveseat and chair atop a charming rug in a southwestern design along with a stereo system and 75" flat-screen Samsung TV.

Off of the living room is the den furnished with a brand new lazy-boy couch containing a queen-size bed along with a 56" flat screen TV, a recliner and shuttered window. (This is also where you will find the Epson wifi-enabled printer)

There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the utility room which opens to the two-gar garage.

As our guest at Saddlebrooke and with the purchase of a guest pass ($10 each), you will have full access to three golf courses (fees involved), four swimming pools and spas, a full fitness gym, a library and several restaurants and bars. You will be within walking distance of the Desert View Performing Arts Center and Sports complex where you will be able to reserve tickets for musicals, singing groups and other events as well as getting in your morning workout and/or lap swimming in an Olympic-size lap pool.

If you've done your vacation homework you know there are a lot of attractions to visit in the Tucson area. The Santa Catalina Mountains and surrounding desert are a hikers/bikers paradise.

Remodeled in 2020, it is open, bright and airy with natural light from spacious windows. The entire interior is freshly painted neutral grayish. All floors are greige laminate or ceramic tile, no carpeting.
The kitchen has new stainless appliances, gas stove and refrigerator with water filter. It is fully stocked with an array of dishware, glasses, pots and pans and a single serving Keurig and drip coffee maker There is a reverse osmosis faucet at the double stainless steel sink. The breakfast area has an inviting cushioned bay window seat to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the mountain or evening reading with a glass of wine.
The adjoining dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, has a door to the back patio and yard, which has a propane grill and comfortable wicker seating area furniture.
The living room, adjacent to the dining room has new lounge sectional couch and leather recliner with ottoman. The 55-inch LED smart TV is connected to Direct TV and easy to use.
Our owner suite has private sliding doors to the outside patio. It has a queen size adjustable bed, premium linens and towels, LED smart TV, dresser and walk in closet. The en suite bathroom has a new toilet, double sinks, granite countertop and newly tiled shower and flooring.
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, barrel chair, dresser LED smart TV and large closet.
The second bathroom which is in the hallway between the owner suite and second bedroom also has a new toilet, double sinks, granite countertop and newly tiled shower and flooring.
The laundry room has washer and dryer and storage space. There is garage storage space and room for one car. Our electric golf cart is available to rent for $200.00/month. By agreeing to rent the golf cart, the renter takes responsibility for all damages.
