Great heating and cooling and always nice and warm despite the very cool temperature outside. Cows and sheep roam the paddocks nearby. Timaru, Geraldine and surrounding suburbs are an easy drive away. Great location for drives to Mount Cook, Dunedin, Lake Tekapo, Ashburton, Christchurch etc. Very comfortable bed and very fast WiFi. Graham is a terrific, friendly host. He was there to greet us on arrival and to say goodbye on our departure. He was only a phone call away if anything was needed and he was very responsive. After almost a month it felt like home and we were reluctant to finally leave. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Graham."
