She was super responsive, went out of her way to help connect me to excursions and other things, and arranged pickup and drop-off for me multiple times, including the airport pickup which was really kindly included in the reservation. The space is really spacious with a lovely room, great shared space with couch and dining table and kitchen, and beautiful terrace with ocean views. There were very thoughtful touches in the room like slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, fridge, kettle and coffee and tea, alongside all the expected toiletries and amenities. - "What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides."
