Also had $130 AUD deposit which was refunded after room checked upon checkout. Room cleaned twice a week. Main bedroom small, not enough room for bedside table, had to put reading glasses and books on floor. TV and wifi. Security guards and pool man very friendly. Eateries close by and hired a motorbike out on street as we checked in on Saturday Nigh and no one in office next day. Cost $145AUD 2 weeks, unlimited km. Need to have international drivers licence and copy of passport. Wouldn't recommend riding if not experienced, my husband rides bikes daily as part of his work and still had to be very careful. Cost of taxi to airport 900THB. 7/11 up road and mini mart at Nai Harn Beach. 2 restuarants and bakery out front. Purchased crossiants a few mornings at 25THB each, they were beautiful. "

- "The property is large and met all our needs, it is well equipped and has got a large pool that we used during out stay. The 4th bedroom is at the outhouse which provides privacy/cuts noise for those wishing to stay up late, arrive late, or a quiet space away from everyone but near every one. A few negatives would be the property needs some basic maintenance i.e. pool needs regular cleaning, some of the flag stones, tiling needs regretting and replacement. Renew some of the sun beds, they are just old, and lost their shire, the rattan seating in functional but very tired the base his held up using tree branches. There was bit of mould in the main bathroom and the was bulky waste (old mattress and furniture at the side of the property ) The air con in the main bedroom was not blowing cold and we had to move because of it and the bed was broken (it was replaced near the end of our stay) we could not turn off the aircon the front bedroom which contributed to a high cost of electric on check out .. bear in mind the elctricty meter is calculated on all dials (odd but that's how they do it) The gate is manual so you need some strength to open it and if your are returning late the security light doesn't work.. bit scary late at night... Hopefully its because of C19 restrictions and not having customers the owners have let the property go,,, but its a excellent size "
