- "Nasama Resort was an amazing place to stay! There were two restaurants on site that had great tasting and yet starkly different food on offer. The location was only 10 minutes from town by bus. The infinity pool had a great view of the small swimming/snorkling spot exclusive to the resort. There were kayaks and snorkelling equipment available to use free of charge. - "The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island activities are needed to enhance the Experience. Maybe Jetskis .. More water activities , Also the Guest Experience staff ( who were great) should all be on the same page when selling activities ... sometimes we got 3 different versions of the same activities with no definitive proposals or offer . We give them credit as they tried their best to offer the deals . Overall we were very happy with the staff ( brilliant ) . Its a beautiful Island resort with So Much potential to grow your business. - "Very nice hotel, option to use a kayak on the small beach. Food was good, room was very clean. Town/shops is about a 30 min walk away. Our room was on the top floor and there is no lift so request a low floor if you don’t want to carry suitcases up stairs!" - "We went in low season last week, and it was excellent. Weather was great, staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is lovely. Was hesitant about this part before arrival due to prior reviews however they now have an amazing head chef. Beautiful food. Lots of extras for free including kayaks, snorkelling and a fire show on the beach one night. A highlight would be watching the hundreds of fish in the lagoon beside the restaurant each morning while we ate. Reception were great at quickly organising anything we needed including the buggy multiple times per day. The views are so peaceful. Location is close to town but over the hill next to the lagoon and 100% peaceful. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful to recharge then I would recommend this resort in low season. Would imagine it would still be quiet and peaceful in most rooms during peak season except the rooms near the pool. The rooms are probably the best available on Port Vila. Air con was great and on some days we didn't even need it as the breeze coming off the lagoon was great. Only one thing could be improved - they need to get outdoor chairs on the patios that are more comfortable. We found ourselves wanting to sit out there more but chairs were really uncomfortable. Huge thank you to all the staff, particularly Alex at the pool as he went above and beyond for us 🙂"

- "Definitely coming back " - "This was a great deal through Expedia for seven nights and accommodation and flights. We arrived middle of the night and the travel arranged by the staff was seamless. From the 20 minute drive from airport to the five minute ferry trip to the island. We were very thankful for John who was very gracious and assured us that it wasn't a hassle being available to ferry us across after midnight. Our villa was incredibly spacious for two people with a porch overlooking turquoise waters which provided hours of great snorkeling for us during our stay. When we weren't snorkeling, we were lazing in the balcony reading,enjoying the sound of the ocean, and local children laughing across the waters. The humidity was tempered by the ocean breeze which helped dry our clothes quickly. The wifi worked amazing considering it's an island. The staff however are the main asset of this resort. I can't say enough about them. The grounds are gorgeous and immaculately kept. They are always warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive, especially in the restaurant. The lovely Annie will make you feel like a special guest every morning at breakfast, Natalie will check in on you during breakfast and answer questions and provide information. The music played at the restaurant also added to the holiday vibes. Put your privilege and entitlement aside Western travellers, and don't forget to show your appreciation for the care provided by resilient and hardworking Vanuatuan people for your holiday enjoyment. Clown fish family and plenty of other fish just a couple metres off shore. This is our second time, and we will be back again for sure. 5 o’clock cocktails are a must.
