Welcome to our spacious former Coach House updated with a modern industrial feel, located a mere 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Chester. You won't want to miss out on a stay at this absolutely beautiful property just a 10 minute drive from Chester City Centre. The property is located on the outskirts of Chester off of a private road, which is a bit of an adventure in itself but once you are there - wow!!
Downstairs you will find a utility room and w/c leading to a spacious kitchen with custom built wood units, a large range cooker and all modern amenities. The kitchen has patio doors leading to a spacious garden with seating surrounding a fire pit and views for miles. There is also a large open plan Dining/Living area with a spectacular fireplace, a dining table, smart TV and a log burner. Off the Dining/Living area is an electric sauna.
Upstairs to the left is a large family bathroom. Bedroom 1 is large with built in wardrobe space, a King size bed and a TV. Bedroom 2 has a single bed. Bedroom 3 to the right of the property has wardrobe space and a single bed and TV. The Master bedroom is spacious with a small balcony from which you can enjoy a coffee and take in the beautiful views. There is a also a TV and a spacious en-suite with a large walk in shower.
Outside the property there is private space for parking up to 3 cars.

They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.
The property is located in a lovely rural area just outside Chester. Located close to Chester Zoo, it's very convenient for trips into Central Chester so as to enjoy the vibrant cafes, restaurants & bars as well as the historic delights Chester has to offer. It is also close to the border of Wales, so perfect for a trip to the North Welsh coast.
A dog is welcome at an additional fee to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;
-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.

You won't want to miss out on a stay at this absolutely beautiful property just a 10 minute drive from Chester City Centre. The property is located on the outskirts of Chester off of a private road, which is a bit of an adventure in itself but once you are there - wow!!
Downstairs you will find a utility room and w/c leading to a spacious kitchen with custom built wood units, a large range cooker and all modern amenities. The kitchen has patio doors leading to a spacious garden with seating surrounding a fire pit and views for miles. There is also a large open plan Dining/Living area with a spectacular fireplace, a dining table, smart TV and a log burner. Off the Dining/Living area is an electric sauna.
Upstairs to the left is a large family bathroom. Bedroom 1 is large with built in wardrobe space, a King size bed and a TV. Bedroom 2 has a single bed. Bedroom 3 to the right of the property has wardrobe space and a single bed and TV. The Master bedroom is spacious with a small balcony from which you can enjoy a coffee and take in the beautiful views. There is a also a TV and a spacious en-suite with a large walk in shower.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.
We also have 24-hour guest service support - so you may see different names on any communications made on my behalf.
The property is located in a lovely rural area just outside Chester. Located close to Chester Zoo, it's very convenient for trips into Central Chester so as to enjoy the vibrant cafes, restaurants & bars as well as the historic delights Chester has to offer. It is also close to the border of Wales, so perfect for a trip to the North Welsh coast.
A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;
-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.

Not only this we are near to picturesque North Wales as we all the stunning Wirral Peninsula. We have ample private parking here too. This cosy, well designed period home is designed with the comfort with a warm snug and a farmhouse kitchen. With a range of convenient amenities for your stay, we know you will enjoy.
This property is packed with charm and character. Nestled in the quaint village of Saughall there's local shops nearby and a tranquil feeling of calm. However, Chester, North Wales and The Wirral are close by. If you're with us to chill then make use of our free superfast broadband and smart TV as well as the spectacular master bedroom with a double-height ceiling. Parkings great too with a dedicated car park for three vehicles.

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund will be given, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm the quiet times are to be respected.
*Any loud music, parties, smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID and a card pre-authorisation of £200 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
We will not charge an amount from the £200 unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
Once the cleaning team has been and inspected the property, and confirmed no damage, your preauthorisation will be released.
For early check-in, and late check-out requests, additional charges may apply and are subject to availability.
