2. If the property is left in very poor cleaning conditions after your stay, beyond what a courteous guest would leave, such as leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive trash in the bins, stains on the floor, or dirty walls, an additional charge of $180 USD will be applied.

3. Local guests must communicate before making a reservation.
4. Visitors not included in the reservation are not allowed at night. If an unmentioned guest is found, the additional guest fee specified in the application at that time will be charged.

5. Young adults, babies, toddlers, and children are more than welcome, but each must be specified in the reservation.
6. There cannot be more than 4 people inside or on the property at any given time.
7. Guests will respect and follow all community rules listed within the house or on the property.
8. You agree to be aware of and accept the following fees:
a) Smoking: $200 USD for each day you are in the apartment smoking.
b) Late checkout: $20 USD if your late departure is not authorized.
c) Lost keys: $130 USD for key replacement and lock changes due to lost keys.

9. Violation of house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without a refund.

10. You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a decision from Airbnb or the host in the event of a violation of host rules.

11. If a breach of house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.
