The house is situated across from Sale main park with the historic water tower. Cobb @ Co House is 250 meters from the historic Criterion Hotel and central Sale and the Sales restraunt hub. The house has three bedrooms sleeping 6 people and two bathrooms. The lounge is spacious and there is an outdoor eating area as well as dining room.

Cobb @ Co House is over 100 years old has 18 foot cielings.

- "This property is brand new. It has been thoughtfully presented, and contains everything you could possibly need for a short - or long - stay. Induction chargers by each bed, full laundry, well equipped kitchen, stocked with the necessities ( and a welcome packet of Tim Tams!). This includes a range of teas and coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and full fridge. The bedrooms have very comfy beds and there are two bathrooms. The second bathroom is configured, with a separate toilet and extra basin, so that many people can get ready at once, in private. There is an outdoor area, with barbecue, that we didn’t use.
