Gonzaga has a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktop, microwave/convection oven, and nespresso coffe machine. The lodge has an open plan kitchen/meals and living area. The lounge area has TV, DVD player, and iPod stereo system.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and two bunk rooms downstairs have 4 single beds each.
The lodge has one bathroom including laundry, and one powder room.
Bedding is not provided, please bring your own linen. There are douvets & pillows but need to bring pillow cases & sheets.

Staying at Gonzaga:

Please note, Gonzaga is a family run lodge. We keep our booking prices down by keeping things simple. You will need to bring your own linen (bottom and top sheets, pillow case and towel). We also expect guests to leave Gonzaga as they found it. When leaving the lodge, we ask guests to leave it tidy, put all dishes away and remove all rubbish. A cleaner will be in after your stay to do a thorough clean before the next guests.

If you haven't visited Mt Buller before, please be aware that there are fees that apply to on mountain stays, including park fees, car parking and taxis to the accommodation. Please visit the Mt Buller resort website, or ask the property manager for information and advice.

There is no parking available at the property during the ski season.
Access to the lodge, at all times of year, requires a short walk (approx 50m)

Bookings:

Please note we have a minimum two night stay on weekends during the winter season.

Conditions and Payment:

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Guests are asked to leave the lodge as they find it.

Payment can be made by credit transfer only. Payment in full is required no less than 2 weeks prior to the booking period, for advance bookings, or upon confirmation of the booking for bookings made within 2 weeks of the booking period.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 2 weeks in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 2 weeks but more than 48hrs in advance will incur a 20 percent cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking will not be refunded. The owners will make every effort to make sure the the property is available as booked, however the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in the same state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Linen is to be supplied by the tenant.

Pets are not allowed. State Law restricts pets from entering Alpline resorts such as Mt Buller, and severe penalties apply.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Deposit of 50 % of total cost is required within 7 days to confirm booking with balance payable at least one calendar month prior to arrival ( both non refundable).
If reservation is made less than one calendar month prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of you booking without notice.

CANCELLATIONS
if notice of cancellation is received one calendar month prior to your arrival your deposit will be fully refunded less a 15% administration fee...
If less than one calendar month notice prior to your arrival is given, all monies are forfeited.

The house is located close to Chamois run and gives skiing access via the rope tow to Standard run and then up Bull run to Bourke Street.

This family home in the snow is perfect for a large family with teenagers or two small families with young children.
The house is on two levels and consists of the following
Entry is through an external staircase from the concrete driveway
The front entry has seating and coat hooks with a closed dry room for boots and ski clothes
The entry leads to the hallway, with laundry (washing machine, dryer and laundry trough) and then the 3 bedrooms lead off the hallway

Perfect for families. Only fault they tried charging again for the booking saying the bill was unpaid however agent had fully paid the booking for us and had a receipt stating fully paid. Was quickly resolved" - "Very late check in 4pm and standard check out. With this, luggage becomes a logistical nightmare. What to do with your luggage if you arrive in the morning for a full day of skiing. It was suggested we maybe able to store it for a price in the village centre. But the problem then is you then need to lug it up the mountain to your accommodation, as the free shuttle buses do not except luggage. We had pre booked the taxi from the car park to accommodation and back prior to us arriving, which is quite expensive, so adding more trips on this taxi service for our group was not an option. May I suggest that, as you have refuse huts for rubbish located adjacent accommodation, you could have communal luggage huts for storage until rooms are available for check in at 4pm. This whole luggage soap opera spoilt a beautiful and picturesque weekend!"

Its not captured in the photos but the master bedroom has a bit of a view into the village area. living area views are to the next apartment next door but its still quite nice -the photo doesn't do it justice. my tips - There's no top sheet in the supplied linen - only fitted sheet and doona. If you like topsheets BYO. - The entrance is also the drying room and leads to the bathroom - i.e it gets really wet with gear, so going to the bathroom can be slippery. - "Stayed for 5 nights at Disco 4 with my family (3 teens). Great little cozy accommodation. Linen/towels provided, had to buy extra toilet paper and washing powder. Heaters work, everything was great. Short walk to village square but its a killer up the hill in ski boots. Bus stop #5 if you catch the shuttle. Duck In is further down the road and does a fantastic meal (pricy tho). Even got to experience 11cm of snow!"
