We had booked a two-bedroom unit as we were traveling with another couple. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I was unable to attend the trip and notified the property about the situation a week before check-in. While I understand the notice was short, these kinds of circumstances are often unavoidable.The other couple was still able to go, but we were disappointed to find there was no flexibility in moving them to a different room. I was told that nothing could be done. While I fully understand that a refund wasn’t possible for my portion, I felt that I should have been offered at least a credit for the costs of my portion of the stay. This would have allowed us the ability to use it for a future stay at a later time.As loyal customers who have frequently stayed at this property and love visiting Lake Eildon, this experience has left a bit of a sour note for us. Unfortunately, due to the lack of understanding and flexibility, we won’t be booking here again."

A welcome basket, condiments, coffe and tea selections and pantry items for us to use, and even A2 milk so our lactose intolerant fam could have tea. - "Good location and nice arrangement in the property." - "It was good, but the heater was a bit noisy" - "I initially was looking for accommodation at Marysville for this weekend but wasn’t able to find anything within our budget. So I kept searching for places nearby. Eildon Parkview Motor Inn attracted me because of the reasonable price. When we arrived, the check in process was so easy and trouble free. The backyard was nice with big trees and lots of birds. Very good for families with small children. The Eildon Pondage just minutes away from the property is picturesque. The family room is not big but reasonably sized. The only thing that I could see to improve is the quilt cover - although clean cotton sheets are provided, the cover itself is made of polyester and does not breathe very well."
