There was a severe horrible sewer smell in one of the bathrooms. Ceiling fan did not work in one of the bedrooms. Not many amenities in the kitchen or in the bathroom. Instructions said to Run the dishwasher and there was no dishwasher soap. Shower head in one bathroom broken and hand held just dangling. "

Bellheim lies in the rolling hills of the Texas Bluebonnet Country, one hour west of Houston, on a 100-acre ranch offering peaceful, scenic views and outdoor activity. The house is two stories (1,700 sq ft), with beds for 11 and thick foam mattresses and bedding for an additional 4 (or very comfortable bunk beds for 4 down at Hog Heaven cabin).

The master bedroom is downstairs. Two bedrooms are upstairs. Each level has a bath. The house has free wireless, internet (wifi). (SEE CAPTIONS UNDER PICTURES FOR BED ARRANGEMENTS.)

The Bellheim ranch is located on a country road 3.5 miles outside of Bellville. 1/2 mile of Piney Creek flows through it—a beautiful sandy-bottom, clear-water creek. The best way to describe Piney: a giant sandbox with clear water running through it! Children love it; they play in it for hours!

For all 3 TVs in the house, Roku voice remotes are used to select content from internet streaming services, or air-cast from your personal device. - "The pictures do not do this property justice. Aside from the inside of the home being super clean with plenty of room for 3 middle aged women, the property and neighborhood are very beautiful. It is just a short drive from the city and you feel like you are in a completely different world. Very quite and relaxing. Owner was very responsive when we could not figure out the thermostat. Be sure to have breakfast at the little country store down the street. You won't regret it!!"

- "It was great to get away from the city and enjoy the country feel with my family!" - "I enjoy my time here at the Rustic Manor & Starry Nite beautiful location very peaceful plus being able to see the farm animals in the backyard just made it 10x better over all this property was very nice. My only complaints is that the cleanliness wasn’t so great the kitchen counter were sticky when we arrived not so clean also outside spiders & spider webs all over the furniture that could’ve been maintained before guests arrived. The pool was semi clean wish we had a pool net to access. Communication with the Host wasn’t so great. I wasn’t able to get in touch with host directly. I kept having problems with the surround sound system due to the property WiFi connection I’ve asked a Question regarding my situation I never gotten a response. Besides that I love the property very nice just needs to be more detailed cleaned."

- "We were booked for this beautiful property for a weekend long family reunion. The property owner promised after I paid her over $300 via cash app prior to the stay that there would be tables and chairs for the outside to be set up for eating and buffet purposes. We had arranged an early check in, but when we were almost there, she called to ask me to talk to the guy that could repair the Wi-fi, I did this since when we got there I realized that there would be no television if there was no Wi-Fi. The phone guy, had to call in an on-site repair person that came pretty quickly but after climbing on the roof he told us that he could not repair the wifi. I reported this to the person on the VRBO messenger with no reply. There were also speakers that could not be used without the wifi working. The dishwasher had water in the bottom that stank, I repaired the garbage disposal that was locked up so we could drain the dishwasher and backed up kitchen sink. The kitchen knives and silverware that were put away were disgusting! I washed ALL of them! I felt like I had to clean before we could have any type of event and I spent a LONG time doing all of this! The Studio had bugs in the floor and the air conditioner was barely functioning. There were lizards and bugs running freely into the building. I messaged the managment about a toilet that wasn't working properly and the response that I got was, "I will let Tiffanie know about it." This should have been an important repair."
