Cons: The back and front lawn weren’t cut and were overgrown. I had to pay an extra $55 to have lawn service. And there were rocks and grass everywhere and in the pool. The garage was locked and there was only a small trash can outside and we had leave bags in the driveway. For 4 days that was not cleanly for such a nice house. The house did lack basic things like a broom and mop. Only had a swiffer. There was no can opener. There was also food and alcohol left in the pantry from previous stay. There was only one set of towels per bedroom. We moved the couches and it was filthy underneath. We had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. And there are rules that weren’t posted about the pool. You can’t have the fire pits on. Lots of locked doors. Would stay again. Just with less guests."
