- "We stayed in Sanary and The Hotel atmosphere for 3 nights. We could have stayed 2 weeks! The hotel is easy to find and close to shops and cafes. Although it does not have a view of the ocean it is a very short walk of about 300 metres. Our room was spacious with a really comfy bed. There is a courtyard area for breakfast under the canopy of a lovey shady Wisteria vine which must small and look divine in spring. The absolute highlight of this hotel was definitely Annette. She went above and beyond to help us organise our departure travel to Marseille. We had not researched the distance from Sanary to Marseille and the day before we were to leave realised that it was going to cost an absolute fortune in a taxi. Sanary has few taxis with most coming from Toulon and understandably they have to charge both ways. Annette sat with us and worked out the trains and booked them for us. She then found a local transfer guy that could take us to the local train station at 0645 in the morning. The station is within walking distance of about 20 minutes but our heavy bags squashed the idea. Luckily in Marseille I had paid extra for fast track security and we just made it to our gate with minutes to spare - THANK YOU ANNETTE! You made a very special stay in a very special town even more specialer! "

- "Just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful harbour, this apartment comprises the second floor of a house, with a very modern lift to make life easy. The apartment is really spacious, with a high beamed ceiling in the living area. It's fully air-conditioned, with efficient units in the living/dining room / kitchen area and both bedrooms. The kitchen is very modern, and diners can sit either indoors, or on the balcony, which has an electric canopy (if it's not too windy). Parking in the garage can be tricky (check your car's dimensions) but there's also non reserved private parking beside the apartment. The adjoining roads are quiet. Check with the owner about bedding and linen fees, she's really nice and helpful."

The location was excellent for walking to the daily farmers' market and the beach; access to the train to explore the coast (Marseille, the calanques, Bandol, Cassis, Hyeres, St. Cyr, and Aix-en-Provence) was only a short taxi ride away. Coming back "home" at the end of an excursion to this quiet, safe, residential neighborhood and to a well-equipped (3 TVs, 3 bathrooms) and well-furnished abode was always a pleasure. The most up-to-date kitchen inspired my cooking and the sunny sitting area overlooking the garden was my favorite spot. Any concerns that I had about the apartment were responded to immediately.
