We welcome you to our property of 3200m2 in terraces with around fifty olive trees and located 1km from Cotignac, i.e. 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Your accommodation is located next to our house but benefits from an independent entrance and a private south-east facing terrace with sun all day, even in winter. A plancha is available to cook on the terrace. It enjoys a superb panoramic view of the surrounding hills both from inside the apartment and on your terrace as well as the infinity pool to share only with us (open from 1 May until "à september/ not heated). We offer a large pétanque court as well as some cozy corners ideal for reading or napping in a hammock.
The bedroom consists of a large 180cm wide bed (but which can also be separated into 2x90cm beds), a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. Bed linen is included and therefore the bed is made upon your arrival. The sliding window is equipped with an external shutter and a mosquito net.
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a double sink and a blower towel dryer. We provide free bath towels, pool towels and bathrobes. A hairdryer is available in the vanity unit. There is a window with mosquito net. The WC is separated from the bathroom.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (Senseo coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, hood and large fridge with a separate freezer with 3 drawers).

My accommodation is located in a small Provençal village very visited with all the amenities. 40 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon and 1 hour from the sea. It is spacious and comfortable with a pretty terrace facing south. in the summer a lot of entertainment is offered. Many restaurants on the main square. Activities like cycling, hiking, horse riding and swimming .... A village where life is good all year round.

The apartment was easy to keep cool thanks to the many windows and two powerful fans. My husband and I were comfortable, and we were only a short walk to everything in the city. Only negatives would be the moisture in the bathroom, which has an unfavorable odor, and the noise in the morning. They tend to street clean at 7 am every day right outside the bedroom. This wouldn’t be an issue in the colder months when you can close the windows. Otherwise Brigitte was an attentive and kind host and we loved our stay."

The apartment was clean and cozy. We didn’t expect them to tidy every day, but they did it. The property is located less than a five minute drive from the town. It’s walkable downhill but quite a trek uphill. We would definitely return to this gem!" - "This house is beautiful and maintained immaculately. You can tell the owners take great pride in their home. There are two guest rooms on the property and you will essentially be staying in a basement-type floor the way the house is designed. The rooms were clean and nice with amenities such as shampoo/soap/conditioner/toilet paper/flip flops, etc. Breakfast was included and it was delicious, consisting of traditional french breakfast usually Michel's home-made bread and baked goods, along with marmalade, butter, yogurt, and American style coffee. If you're a low key couple looking for a relaxing place to stay, I would recommend this place; however, there are some things I'd like to note. Catherine doesn't speak any English if you're like us and speak very basic French, that may be a problem. Michel understands some English but prefers French. Communication was a bit difficult with the language barrier but it was manageable so long as you don't need anything complicated. There are a lot of rules here as you'll be sharing the home with the owners, a fact we were unaware of until we arrived on the premises. We felt it was a bit strict and even though we were a party of four and had additional friends in the area for a wedding, felt uncomfortable just relaxing together at the house. We aren't rowdy people, but the rules of the house made us feel like we were staying with our parents or something. Catherine and Michel are very nice people even if they are a bit strict. So if you don't mind a couple of rules (most pretty reasonable), then this place would be great. The listing also says there is AC: be aware that the house has geothermal AC which is not like real AC at all. No fans were provided and while it can get cool during the nights, there is no moving air in the room and can get uncomfortable. The wifi was also very spotty."

Adjoining a charming Provencal-style villa, our gîte is made up of a main room fully furnished for two adults. The house is located on a private plot of 2200m², fenced with electric gate, coplanted with pine trees offering shaded and pleasant spaces for a nap to the sound of cicadas.
You access by a large French window on the main one equipped with a sitting area with sofa and TV, a bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove oven and freezer and for your meals in duo indoors or outdoors an electric grill and plancha, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
