- "Great family spot, resort like" - "Beach 5 min walk, St Tropez 10 mins by car. Nearby supermarket 5 mins walk as the site does not cater for one. Pool a nice size. Dogs welcome which was a plus for us. Enjoyed our stay very much. The downside of the apartment was that we had to make our bed on arrival all bedding and towels was supplied. I would definitely stay there again. Apartments had air-condtioning which we needed for when we left the dog behind which was nice."

The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but manageable. There's plenty of outlets and only one tv in the living room. Each room had its own AC unit while in two of the bedrooms they were not working, the bedroom with two twin beds was working snd living rooms AC was working. Keeping all the doors open helped air out the apartment well. The terrance was nice and spacious but BEWARE OF ANT PROBLEM ALL THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE POOL, TRASH AREA, APPARTMENT TERRANCE AND ALL WALL WAYS OUTSIDE. The apartment has NO ANT PROBLEMS. The Receptionist was nice to provide an ant spray, it was not thay effective but it worked somewhat. Overal, definitely a plestant stay. I would recommend and stay again when visiting Saint Tropez. "

It is a very quiet location so easy to spend some 'me' time at the pool. The house is off the main road and you definitely need a car if you want to get around. The house is about 8km from St Tropez. It is 3km from Port Grimaud and 4 Km from Grimaud village, both a must see if you are in the region. It is also about 8km from St. Maxime where you can find some nice sandy beaches. Breakfast is optional and is typical French breakfast with a hot drink, orange juice, bageutte and croissante. At 12 Euros per head it is a bit pricey but it is nice. We had room 10 and it was a bit small. It did have a little balcony which was nice to sit out on. I would definitely recommend this for somebody who is looking for a nice quiet out of the way location."

- "Just a great little hotel in an oasis of calm very near La Garde Freinet. The owner showed us to our room explaining everything to us, unusual in this day & age. Whats not to like a hotel with pool & restaurant plus a bath in our room. The restaurant is small & has a limited bar & menu but its all done with a smile & they do other little things if you ask. The breakfast was served in our room on the 2nd day because there had been rain over night very thoughtful. The car park has a covered area which is great in summer, again its the little things that count."

- "Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay. 1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them. 2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment. 3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial. Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year. "

This studio is located on the border of the marine village of Port Grimaud. It is uniquely situated on a fine-sand beach at the west-end of the Golfe de Saint Tropez. The beach is extremely well maintained and under the surveillance of firemen from July to September. It is very calm even during the high season. The public is international and of a family type. The departure quay of the boat-shuttles to Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez is located in the centrum of the village. You will so avoid the world known traffic jams to those two towns. The studio's unique situation will allow you to admire the blazing sunrises on the Golfe and to follow the numerous regatta's organized on the Golfe, the most famous one being the former "Nioulargue" renamed "Voiles de Saint Tropez"

The Port is lovely, with two beaches (both within a five-minute walk) and packed with great restaurants; and there's plenty of other villages just a 10-30 minute drive away, among them Cogolin, La Garde-Freinet and Ramatuelle - all worth a visit. The apartment is ideal for a couple and reasonably priced. It has Wi-Fi and air-conditioning; and there's plentiful parking space as well, just to the rear of the flat on Rue l'Amarage (a ticket for the week costs 35 euro). We have just bought this apartment. Except for the bathroom, which was made 3 years ago, we have renovated everything. In the bedroom there are two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together if desired. In the living room there will be a bed sofa (Bed for Living) (160 x 200 cm). The kitchen is well equipped with an oven / microwave and dishwasher. This includes a large refrigerator. There is also a washing machine.
The patio door can be pushed aside and gives a clear view of the terrace and the beautiful surroundings with sailing boats and motor yachts.

It is equipped with new: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, espresso combined coffee maker and filter, kettle, toaster.

- "A gorgeous garden straight onto the canal. Everything you need, really well set up greta communication with host, will be back" - "Small but lovely, recently modernized apartment. The owners are charming and very helpful. It is nicely appointed with a modern open plan living area/kitchen with all the modern appliances you could want. As the space is not large, some of the appliances are also correspondingly small but very useful and practical. A nice induction 3 ring cook top that is very responsive to heat setting changes, a small micro wave oven, and a full electric oven as well. Good extractor fan to suck out cooking aromas, toaster, Krups pod espresso maker, Magimix dual espresso and drip coffee maker so you can use your own choice of coffee, tall refrigerator and freezer below in nice stainless steel with a lot of storage. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils for the serious cook. There is a big screen TV with many different language stations, decent wifi. Small but modern and well appointed bathroom with spacious shower with "rain fall" top head as well as hand shower set a bit lower and detachable. Good and plentiful hot water and a combo washer/dryer in the front hall closet. Nice wood floor look ceramic flooring, firmish master bed of two twin mattresses and hanging closet with rod and shelves. Not a lot of storage but very well maximized for the space involved. The living area has a comfortable convertible to a bed sofa and a swiveling chair. The kitchen breakfast counter has two stools. A lovely patio-door-enclosed sun room with a convertible day bed and oval dining table with 4 chairs. All windows have fly screens and the sun room has a fine mesh curtain to help keep flies out as well. The living area and the master bedroom both have combo ceiling lights and cooling fans, very much appreciated! No A/C. The nice grassy back yard has two extended arm sun umbrellas, a Grossflex type dining table and two matching chairs while down at the dock there is a paving stoned patio with 2 nice chaises longues and a bamboo table & 4 matching chairs so you can watch the boats float by as you eat or enjoy a coffee or tea. When you arrive, there is a guard booth to navigate so have your reservation confirmation to get waved through. There is also a security barrier just before you get to the apartment. The owners supply a sticker for the entry guard booth for subsequent access and a remote clicker for the barrier. There is a nice restaurant, La Calypso, just across the marine boat yard, a 3 minute walk. All in all a lovely place for a holiday."
