The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a sunny balcony, where you can easily have a barbecue evening or an aperitif, or simply let the day end comfortably.



The shopping opportunities are within a 5-minute walk. The (ski) bus stop is located just 130m from the house (Sent, Sala). In a 15-minute drive, you can comfortably reach the valley station of the mountain lifts as well as the Scuol-Tarasp train station. The use of the ski bus is included in the winter ski ticket. The valley run to Sent, called the dream slope, lives up to its name and ends just above the village. The public underground parking garage is a one-minute walk from the apartment - ideal if you arrive with multiple cars.



In summer and winter, the surroundings invite you to take small and large walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which begins directly outside the front door.
