- "Plenty of parking for large trailers/rigs. We were able to use field next to carport. 3 carports with power available (bring 75’+) extension cord. Excellent outdoor grilling area in gazebo with great large gas grill. Relaxing evenings around well furnished frie pit. The largest rental in town with ample sleeping space. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. Friends stayed at COI and stopped by and could not believe how big our place was. The owner is the sweetest and easily reachable for any questions and very accommodating. We will be staying there any time we come back to Green Acres."

Dinosaur Valley Disc Golf course cabin rental. Rental of the cabin provides access (with signed waiver) to 18 hole private Disc Golf Course. This is a small cabin that can sleep 6 people. (2 queen, 2 full and one twin fold out couch) Cabin is rated at 399sq ft which does not count the two lofts. Large deck with partial cover. We loved the space around the home and of course our friendly cows that moo'd here and there and so fun to watch. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that is needed to cook. The extra blankets were nice. My only issue is could not get internet on my phone (but there is wifi and TV has streaming) - but if there was a sign to show what the password was that would have been helpful. Maybe it was there but just didn't see it after searching for awhile. It wasn't a big deal otherwise I would have reached out to the owner for the password. It was nice to be away from my phone for a bit. I would definitely recommend and we would definitely come back."

- "The cabin is quaint and remote, but cozy! If you are looking for something small and you want to disconnect it is perfect. There are so many beds which is really great for families. The host is also extremely hospitable! There was a predicted winter storm during our stay and she went above and beyond to double check that everything was safe and communicated anything we would need to know." - "This cute little cabin was a great place to completely disconnect from the business of the day to day and enjoy the beautiful mountains and scenery. Newly renovated A-frame cabin sitting on nearly 3 acres. 1/2 a mile from Clayton Lake State Park (kayaking, hiking, fishing, camping etc.) and Pushmataha Wildlife Management area for the hunters. Sardis Lake is about a 15 min drive, where you can swim or do water activities. In town there's Green Acres off-road park. 5 min drive to restaurants, gas station w/groceries, Dollar General and more. We are about 1.5 hrs outside of Broken Bow & Choctaw Casino. So much room for activities!

The space
Plenty of room for seating out on the deck for reading or enjoying the view of the woods. Good for entertaining, watching the sun come up w/a cup of coffee or looking up at the stars at night. BR #2 also has a small balcony to enjoy. Feel free to hike or explore the 3 acres or if you're feeling more adventurous, the K-Trails are right up the road from the cabin. Any direction you go away from the cabin you can find hiking, fishing, kayaking etc. There is always something to do if you love the outdoors!

The washer and dryer are in the storage unit if you need to use them. There are also 2 large tents (12 & 7 person tents) in the storage shed that you’re free to use if you want to camp on the property.

There are extra fold out chairs in chest in living room. And extra linens in the upstairs, hall closet. The air mattress and additional linens are in the living room in the blue cabinet under the TV.

There is also extra bug spray under the kitchen sink should you need it.

Check in was a little hard because our phones did not have service upon arrival, so I recommend taking a screenshot of the check in instructions beforehand. Wifi worked pretty well and cabin was pristine. This cabin outlooks a beautiful patch of woods, and you won’t hear a peep from any other neighbors. Overall, beautiful place. I would go again."

Grandview Getaway is the crown jewel of Little River Cabins – our largest and most spacious retreat, nestled just steps from the river’s edge. As the closest cabin to the water, it offers unmatched access to the peaceful flow of Little River, which you can hear from the porch or simply by opening your windows. A quiet pond sits just to the left, adding to the sense of calm. Surrounded by natural beauty and rustic charm, Grandview is the perfect place to unwind and soak in the sights and sounds of the Oklahoma wilderness.

Our cabin is located on the banks of Little River where you can fish for largemouth bass, bluegill, and bream, or use the canoes and floats to relax in the cool mountain river. Little River Cabin is 8 miles from Honobia (Home of Bigfoot), 28 miles to Sardis Lake, and 28 miles to Broken Bow.
