The pool is small, 1.2m deep, but lovely shade from olive trees and a breath taking view makes it very enjoyable. The private beach 50m below the camp is lovely but not child friendly. However if you walk 20m to the left its much easier to get into the ocean. Can promise gorgeous sunsets! Staff friendly. We love it! ❤️"

- "Dirty towels and bed sheets, but great service and nice area" - "Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable. The hotel is hard to see from either street. There is a great (and safe) parking area up top from the hotel where there are key locked poles with a covering. This will help you figure out where the hotel is. Once you see the parking area the hotel is down the paved driveway. The hotel was the only 4 star we noticed in the area. It was very clean, but they don't clean during the stay. We had a one bedroom apartment with a pool view. There is a small kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc, but no oven. We also had a balcony where we enjoyed eating at. The spa area was beautiful. They had a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area and bikes to borrow. We happened to be the only guests staying there at the time, but normally during the tourist season there are 6 rooms that you might have to share that area with. When they were there they would prepare whatever we wanted to use that night... jacuzzi, steam room, etc. Fyi, you need to pay in cash when you arrive. I would definitely recommend this place!"
