Ms. Lin was so thoughtful and recommended itineraries as well as a taxi service that we could call, making getting around all the sights in Taitung a breeze. Upon leaving, I accidentally left my phone and they mailed it to me free of charge (it was super quick and arrived the next day btw!). We will definitely comeback and stay here again if we are in Taitung. Great place for couples and families. 10/10!"
