- "The manager of TiinTinn contacted us a few days before our trip to make sure we receive all the information about their hotel and provided help with taxi booking in advance since we were coming to Taitung for a triathlon weekend. The hotel looks exactly as the photos provided and we had a great time there from the moment we checked-in. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and the rooms are all very neat and comfortable. We were a group of 4 guests in one room and the space of the room was big enough to accommodate all of us. The manager also let us use the showers after check-out time which was very thoughtful since we really needed a shower after our triathlon race. The hotel also provides free bicycles for those who are willing to explore the city on two wheels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Taitung!"

The owners are a couple and they ran the B&B along with their daughter, Denise. Mr. Lee assisted us with our travel itinerary for the two days we were in Taitung. He arranged for a chartered tour with a local taxi driver on day one. On day two, he personally escorted us to all the hidden treasures of Taitung. We went river rafting, feeding fish by the seashore, watching playful monkeys, as well as fun filled activities throughout the day along the coast of Taitung. We finished off the evening with fresh local seafood dinner. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a comfortable and joyous experience. - "The owner's daughter Penny was the only host around during the 3 days of our stay. She is very friendly, warm and helpful right from the start. Even though we arrived in Taitung rather late, she was patient to wait for our return from dinner, to give us excellent suggestions for our itinerary. My friend fell sick 1 of the night, and she actually drove back to the B&B to drive us out to an eatery, so that we can buy takeaway for dinner! My friends and I were very touched by her hospitality and genuine concern for her guests. Breakfast prepared by Penny was delicious. She also took the initiative to offer breakfast takeaway for us to eat on the train when we had to catch an early train to a nearby town. The "beach" room we stayed in was very big and clean. It is also nicely decorated with blue sky and clouds for ceiling, seashell beds, painted beach on the walls and a giant seahorse plushie. The bathroom has excellent hot water as well. I strongly recommend this place to all travellers! You would experience the warmth of Taiwanese with their hospitality, and maybe gain a friend too :) "
