- "The crockery and cutlery was not clean, smudgy glasses and tea/coffee residue in mugs. Whilst the kitchen bin was empty with a new liner, the bin itself was soiled. Missing cutlery, only 1 fork provided. One of the dining chairs is in unsafe to sit on and needs replacing or repairing. Only 2 pillows provided, which differ from the photos supplied. Air conditioner controller had flat batteries. Other than these issues, the property was well presented and was suitable for our requirements."
