The faucet tap of shower at the bathroom on the first floor is broken. My wife and I had to use one hand to hold the tap to have a hot water shower. The flush of toilet at the one of the bathrooms on the 2nd floor doesn't work well. So, my friend couple had to get down to use toilet. The bedstead in the main bedroom on the 2nd floor is so fragile that it was broken in the morning of the second day. When I called the Management to report the problem and ask for help, nobody answered the phone. We got no response even I left messages for twice. We had to help another couple to move the mattress to the floor. Otherwise, they wouldn't have a space to sleep on the 2nd night. Except the above issues, the overall stay is comfortable."
