The pillows looked puffy because the cleaners had presented them well.. however, when you put your head on them, they disappeared to almost nothing - again, cheap quality, lumpy polyester Ikea pillows. Overall not impressed! Toilet seat and bed were my big issues. The overall feel of the place is like 2 star level so far too expensive for what it is. "
